If you slow a recording down, you almost always need to up the pitch. I did that earlier, and she most certainly says "Streama" or "Streema".

Well I don't have to much to add other then that I noticed that it's site 34 and that 3+4 = 7. I put www.site7.com into my browser but all it brought up was some web hosting site.

But bungie does love 7, so that makes me feel a little more sure about this being IG.

i found something possibly on the PPE stage they were talking about. On this Url http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PPE they give a list of possible meanings for PPE i found "Power Processor Element" to be the most coherent because the info on the page says that this chip was created to emphasize bandwidth over latency whick lead me to believe that adjutantreflex was possibly using this?

heres a cut out of were its located and says just so you can recognize it read on if you like, more possible connections with the AdjutantReflex need early on for the proper bandwidth needs.

"The Cell architecture includes a novel memory coherence architecture for which IBM received many patents. The architecture emphasizes efficiency/watt, prioritizes bandwidth over latency, and favors peak computational throughput over simplicity of program code. For these reasons, Cell is widely regarded as a challenging environment for software development.[5] IBM provides a comprehensive Linux-based Cell development platform to assist developers in confronting these challenges.[6] Software adoption remains a key issue in whether Cell ultimately delivers on its performance potential. Despite those challenges, research has indicated that Cell excels at several types of scientific computation.[7]"

 SOTA HQ/PO BOX
Remember that on the Members Sign in page.

The SOTA sign-in page will be up and running soon. Until then, members please refer questions to your local contact or the national headquarters P.O. Box.

See you at the next meeting!

What if all of these places that were listed on the ARG wiki outline for the FCC locations ..could be the headquarters...i mean at this point it could very well be possible. but the only problem is that it seems like the live search points you to the middle of the city..

plus, i don't think anyone touched base on this.

Perhaps over here is a better place to discuss that idea, and they talk of the locations there as well. save this thread for what we get from the telephone numbers.

PPE

PPE could also mean Personal Protective Equipment, a common term in the hazardous waste clean up field.

Given the context of the message and the flood clean up ad, it fits.

I was thinking that it could be PPD.

A PPD test is the skin test used to find out if you have tuberculosis.
The purified protein derivative (PPD) is an antigen used to aid in the diagnosis of tuberculosis infection. An infection with the bacteria that causes tuberculosis frequently leads to a sensitivity to these antigens.
