It changes, it may depend on how many people are calling in, or what time it was you called.

i just called its the same as before, but yeah its still the 7th for me its only 11:58 right now maybe two more min and try again?

was actually thinking if the time ends in a 7 when you call, you might not get it type of thing, but hey.

I just called to confirm. The first time I called I got the "thank you, goodbye" right after dude A asks for the document number. I phoned back immediately and got the entire message. It is 3:15 where I am. Anyone else experiencing wierdness?

It definitely isn't PPD. It's either DPE or, more likely, PPE meaning Personal Protection Equipment *cough*MJOLNIR*cough*
