I'm not sure we can count that as a possibility yet
there hasn't been any reference to the SOTA or any of their materials...
It looks, to me at least, like this is just another isolated puzzle piece of an increasingly complex and obscure puzzle of which we don't see the box-art.
Worth a shot, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

It does not, I repeat NOT even slightly imply that we will be able to use it or any other number to access the Voice mail administration menu.
Giving players access to this is not only unreasonable, but stupid.
Imagine if dana's Voice mail was made public for changes and what not during ILB, it effectively removes PM ability to control that medium.
So I wouldn't expect access to that VM at any point in this game.
The PIN, if usefull at all, is intended for something else.
It can be considered that if there is a system to access that it would be secure enough to only allow players in game content...however, the same could be said about the H3 forums and we see the state they are in now...

Well, the beef is that there is no way to limit access once someone has administrative access to a voice mail.
That is essentially, full access.
But also, the message didn't even imply the Voice mail was the recipient of that PIN.
If you look at online/phone line Conferencing services, unique PINs are used to directly access and add a party to a conference.
That is what is immediately implied by the message that the PIN was being used for.
Nothing else.
and certainly not a Voice mail access PIN.

I'd say it can be stated with a fair degree of absolution and certainty that the PIN is not intended for the Voicemail.
1) it was never implied or suggested in any manner that is was related to the VM to begin with
2) It is implied clearly as something related to another service all together.
and 3) It flat out does not work as the VM Password.

Well...personally I think that it is an outsourced phone conferencing site (built to handle load). But...any of those voice prompts can be made to appear as voicemail, conferencing centers, poodles, etc.

Listened to it, and my head is still really confused. We don't really have a place to look. Do we have any 3 digit combos that might work as a pass? That might be the false menu. Maybe instead of a PIN, they require a response.
ok me and a few friends have took the recordings of the phones and some Telephone Tone Dialing papers or websites and found the pitchs from the tones in the first message. From there we figured out what the ord of rows the buttons were press it went something like Middle right left we also tried left right middle followed by the pound key. We made probability charts to do this in an orginized and very good way. Nothing worked that password might not deal with these numbers at all from the message.
Just telling what i tried and think![/code]

That's what it did last night for a while (about 30 min). It'll eventually go totally offline.

Yeah, the connection appears to become fairly unstable throughout the night. Have we determined an exact time at which the message was updated each morning?
