As to the recording, I think it is changing.
Right. The password is for access to the video conference, not the voicemail.

I think so too. When I first called it said Good bye way earlier than it is now. Maybe it changes by how many people call.

Also if you press a button on your phone in the Uk its a star you can are asked to put in a password. Some people think this will lead t something but no one has worked out what this password is so far.

Same thing. I'm also getting weird vibes with the "Thank you goodbye"
"Theres a few exceptions..um site 34, THANK YOU, Goodbye!"
Like "You will leave. NOW".

If these are all bread crumbs left by AR, then perhaps he edited the audio to point us to site 34 and nothing else. I also think that FCC isn't aware that their image has the glyph in it. The image was probably timed to change, or was hacked by AR.

I think that this is probably the best theory right now. It seems like it cut off right at the most important moment. The "YOU WILL LEAVE NOW" theory seems pretty plausible, especially if we're dealing with temperamental AIs of extrasolar origin (that would be a cool band name).

The voice that says Goodbye is different from the Password prompt which leads me to believe that the Goodbye one is meant for us to pay attention to Site 34.

On that note, I went looking for a possible aternate leads of site 34, keeping with the EPA reference that leads to a closed airforcebase in NH pease Air force base. but I don't think it's relevant to where we want to go. since site34.com is under construction. I think we should maybe look into and watch that site more.

The webpage I'm speaking of was mentioned on page one of this thread, http://site34.com/ and was not found or mentioned in that persons google search post. That being said, it has no symbols or information that would lead me to believe it is connected at this time.
And I posted it here since this is based off the phone number message, not the organization in general. Perhaps the moderators can consolidate these threads if they deem it necessary.

We could try to find out what "Strema" Conferencing Center is. If it's a program, then perhaps the pin # would work there. I've tried tons of different spellings, but all that I can come up with so far is "Stream" which is a customer service company. Maybe they also do conference call software. Since it's a woman with a British accent as the disembodied voice, it's probably a UK company that makes it. If the pin # works in the program, it might unlock the entire file.
