I'm not an intarweb rocketsurgen, so I don;t know what all that means, but "client*prohibited" sounds like the creator of this page has no access to it anylonger. Wonder why it would still be active.

It looks like this may be a really well-executed, non-arg stab at some pretty sharp humor. In that regard, I give it an A+: it's satirical, dark, and features cute pics of puppies; what's not to love? I don;t think there will be future developments, but let's see if our emails get returned.

The site was probably someone's strange class project, I'm sure there are tons of those out there now. It's almost like spacejunk.
