PPE Stands for Personal Protection Equipment
OSHA - EPA - IICRC ( the bodies that govern the rules used to clean up flood damage IRL)
Hard hats, respirators, tyvek suites, gloves. etc. etc fall under PPE
when the guy on the phone said it was past the PPE stages meaning the containment cant be handled under normal a normal PPE setting.
at least that is what i took from it.

Or from an inspection point of view, maybe safe enough to enter without protection (sort of post-quarantine). They may have to deal with sites with possible contamination and would enter cautiously to make sure it's safe.center could mean the CDC. Can't wait to hear that last piece of the conf call.

Except for everything before "isn't necessary"...

Hope I didn't miss this in all the noise, but did someone already connect the possibility that STREMA is akin to FEMA?
Don't know if that mental connection will mean anything, but perhaps it might help how we frame our thinking about this agency and/or those it also deals with/works with.

The sound is "STERNA"... spelling is unknown, and no relevant web references to it have been found in relation to 'conferencing'
could be sturma, sturna, sterna, sterma, stirna, who knows...

Doesn't that sound eerily like what Reclaimers might do?

Well, it actually reminds me more of what my wife would make me do after I bug-bombed our place . . .

Just thought I would make a quick update. If you listen closely to the new message, you can hear that there are two participants in the call. It says Participant 3 and 4 at the same time. Just updating because I saw where someone had assumed that Bill(?) and the girl were on the same line.

Streama Conferencing Center: Where information flows like a lake... I used the same method I implemented to find "Jen" to find "Streema" or "Streama":

Hadn't seen this before - the FCC is selling its old gear "due to an upgrade in standard field kits ".

Password? Maybe were meant to brute force our way through. In the begining of the call Where it says Password accepted, you hear numbers being inputted, now on a phone if you were to type in 123456789 all numbers would make a slightly different sound, now if we were to listen carefully to match the numbers being entered so that we can get the right password to the voicemail or whatever it is we're trying to find.
Now I heard someone say that the password is 131# but didn't work, and if I recall they got it through listening to the recordings, maybe the password is just the bleeps in the recording.

We are not meant to brute force anything. Pressing * and trying to break that password is, IMO, out of game and should be left alone.

Agreed. This is a dead end. I wish people would stop trying to brute force into the administrative controls for this conference software. It just muddies the threads and distracts players.
