Um? I wasn't there to enter one of the keys, so I don't know what it looked like, but I went to a website that was listed on the ASP.NET error page; I don't know if this was already seen or not, so I'll put it in spoilers:

I think without a proper redirect back to the IRIS site (which appears to have coding problems) registering at this page is useless. I did, mind you. I just don't think it will "count."

The ASP.NET error page has been replaced with a "Not Authorized" page.

When it comes down to it, am I going to need a xbox live account? I know you need windows Live but does your gamertag have to be linked to it? jw =]

I don't think you do, based on the registration page linked above....but this IS a Halo 3-related campaign. I mean, if you are that interested in Halo 3, can an xbox live account be that far behind?

Anyone else notice that the link to return to the broken page reads "Return to Forerunner Website?" I'm really curious to see what we're gonna get when that page comes back online.

haha true, i had one but my parents made me cancel it
I'll borrow my bf's then just to be safe.
I do think it was an error. I signed up anyway, hopefully we'll still be able to register again once it does work.
EDIT: It seems to be back online now

Someone correct me if I'm mistaken, but that page is the same as the first server opening and that had the same link for those who got keys. It just redirects back to the IP address and the flash video with the server. But yes, it's very cool that they're referring to it as the Forerunner website.

Gah. It's back to the old "server1" configuration now. Why do they tease us so with their clumsiness?

Bah, site's back up now. Just same old server. Only difference I'm seeing is it no longer has "Server 5 Open" as the header. Now it just says "Server Open." For all I know, that could've changed last week.

No, I think it was a mistake. The audio file was the same as the first time around, and server 2 is still not open.
I think they were messing around with something in preparation for an update tonight. According to Bungie, there is an H3 announcement at E3 tonight.
I think they're going to make an announcement and open the server at the same time.
