Dude, I swear on everything in front of me right now that I'm getting something completely different. it's wholly consistent and, to make sure, I flushed my cache and did it again. I'm still getting what I got before, which is a solid pattern broken in two places only by the Flavors bubble.

EDIT: Now it's acting differently. Gah! I think they're screwing with the script or something. I don't even get the same results twice in a row.

Hey - when you're counting cups, are you including the main one and the home ones?

And for the mouseovers pattern, what about the letter or numbers instead of the names of the animals?

Random thought .... slusho zoom is the phrase.

Has anyone found anything by zooming in as far as possible?

I wonder if we can make a connection with Devil's Sea/Dragon's Triangle somewhere here.

It's Japan's own "Bermuda Triangle".

Also, when right clicking anywhere within the animation, it gives you the option to "Rewind".

Doing so stops the music and removes the image of the cups and the slogan at the bottom of the screen.

Any thoughts on this?

At this point I think they're just messing with the site. Stuff doesn't seem to be changing in an intelligent fashion. It's like someone's messing with the code who doesn't quite know what they're doing.

That's just normal Flash behavior. It restarts the flash at the start of the timeline.

Granted I'm not a flash guru, but I would think that rewinding it to the start of the timeline would also restart the music and not remove graphics? Essentially having the same effect of refreshing your browser.

Depends on how they have their sound set. Can either be keyed to what frame it's on, which would restart the music, or could be streaming in which case it wont matter what frame you're on. Most flash behaviour is streaming sound, so restarting the animation wont change the background music.

Sorry this post is all over the place.

Early in this thread someone made code out of the cups at the bottom and ran the letters through to see what came out. I believe "SECRET I" was the phrase. Well, if you turn an ! upside down what do you get?

i

Second thing... I don't think we have all the information we might need yet. I say this because I have been digging around in the SWF files for the Slusho side and there are a few graphics that are not used. There is a series of mountains that never appear as of yet (for an example). Additionally, the nav has programmed in for all section files. See http://www.slusho.jp/xml/siteMap.xml.

Additionally, there are a few interesting labels within the main swf called "To Earth" and "To Space".

On the topic of menu button rollOver order.. I looked at the code for it and didn't see anything that suggests it is looking for a pattern. But it is late (4am) and I could be over looking something. But at first glance it doesn't seem obvious to me.

Lastly, there are graphics for reversed (like looking at it in a mirror) thought balloons. Specifically the some about "You will come back soon!". Not sure why those would even be there for any reason.

Must sleep...
