[INFO]List of People With Birthday Error Lets find the problem I was thinking we should make a list of the people who got screwed by the birthday error, so we can fix it for next time.
First on the list, me.
Using IE at the time, Windows XP, and a hotmail email linked to my gamertag as the Live! id[or passport, whatever you want to call it].
edit to add [INFO] tag, your friendly mod ~rose

Could it be related to the xbox age limit error with allowing people to use messenger, or are there people without xbox live accounts experiencing this problem?

Have any of you registered with the Forerunner Site?
I had the same error last time but I check my Live ID and it had my bday. I logged OUT of my Live ID, then logged back into the Server and it let me on through.

I got it both with Opera and IE, Windows XP, hotmail linked to gamertag (messenger works fine). My birthday was already entered, saved and tried again, no joy.

I had it it too linux, firefox, silver xbox live account, went to Live ID settings ,birthday already entered I was like wtf, went back to the server page and it prompted me to enter my details again, like Bandobas said it looks as though there is a separate Forerunner site registration.

During the first server unlocking, I had the error. I went to the Live ID site, entered a birthday, saved, then logged out of my account. Then I came back to the sign-in page at the server, logged in, and was still in time to be second. So it was logging out/in that fixed my problem.

Ok it seems that the only common thing between us all in common is the actual error. I guess logging out and it should help, I'll try it next time.

A couple of things that may help with stuff, do any of you have the card space program in your contol panels? I do and I didn't have any cards filled out, this could be a program that is overriding the live accounts ibnformation with these info cards.
Also i had some problems recently with an update for .net 2.0 just got it fixed tonight. perhaps these are related as well.
