yea i kinda mentioned it in the other forum about the moon cycle thing and right after the the server 2 was unlocked, i think the each "leg" of the cirlce cooresponds to a server being unlocked

moon cycle

Looking at the Glyphs here, has anyone considered that they might represent 0-5 or some kind of base-6 numbering system, since (iirc) the Forerunners had six fingers.

Or has it been established by the counters that Forerunners use a base-7 systems?

if we look at the overlay image that somewhone whipped up where he joined the 2 images and if we look at the infestation image which shows something simmilar to a planet with a moon going around it

i speculate that it is a chart of the movements of a planet ( possible infested with floor) moving towards earth

but then again thats tottally me guessing

I wasn't stating that the Forerunners used base 7 I was commenting on Bungie's obsession with it. I'd say we could speculate that the Forerunners used base 7 since the countdown used it and that was created by a creation of the Forerunners.
