The sin they left out was avarice. Haven't figured out a connection with a letter for this one yet that goes with anything else shown. However, they left out the seventh one and the seventh letter of the alphabet is G. G also showed up on the side of the phone booth grace was talking on, and her keychain and planner in that same scene.

Avarice is also known as greed.

All the sins have a color, animal, and punishment in hell that they are associated with. Way back in time, Prudentius (?) also gave them a countering virtue. I posted the list here

the letter of the law Hey I'm REALLY glad to find ARGN is back!! Just in time for
the end (sigh!)
The 7th sin is listed on the net as Greed (also called
Covetousness) . I couldn't decide whether the letter is
C or G. The 3rd sin is gluttony(#3 sin and third letter of
alphabet C). There were letter Gs on the phone booth
and also Graces things but the secret company logo is
an upsidedown C in a circle. Also there were a LOT of Cs in
the town scene where they were doing business...Cafe, Come on in, and just for Children.
Also in PushTimes the headline is "Craps player wins 84 G's.
So what do you think..C or G??

Now why on Earth would you know that, Brooke?

Avarice The missing seventh deadly sin was Greed, also known as "Avarice".
The password used with Enoch's tunnelling device to access the Nevada Gaming Commission database (Enoch 9/26) was "Avar!ce"
The excalmation point in "Avar!ce" could be just an upside down "i"
What does it all mean???

HELLO?
The NOTE struck ON the PIANO at the beginning of the episode
as the title was shown is a "G ."
I used to have perfect pitch as a child, but as an adult,
I kind of lost the capability.
However, it came back to me when I heard that note last night,
and even though my old piano hasn't been tuned in a long, long time,
it came back to me.
If you don't believe me, strike the lowest "G" on the a piano
near where you can listen to the tone on the tape and compare them.

Maybe the clue is "i"...? Or maybe it has something to do with i. Maybe it isn't even a letter like from the alphabet, but like a mail type letter or something like that.

letter of the law ask yourselves this question:
what law is the letter a reference to? (some hints to kickstart):
man's law?
god's law?
legality...as opposed to 'spirit of the law'?
an enforcement office?
the law of the land?
