heh, I was just about to post this

I did some digging...

at first glance, one might read "D34th 4nGle" as Death Angel, but it's Death Angle
Could be a typo... could be intentional...

so looking into some stuff about Death Angle 108, I checked up on the significance of the number 108, especially as it pertains to angles...

Anyway, some instances to note:
* In normal space, the interior angles of an equilateral pentagon measure 108 degrees each (note there are 5 'spokes' in the glyph)
* It is the hyperfactorial of 3 since it is of the form 1^1 * 2^2 * 3^3 (or, 2 * 2 * 3 * 3 * 3)
* Hindu deities have 108 names
* The atomic number of hassium
* Chinese astrology and Tao philosophy holds that there are 108 sacred stars
* 108 is the name of a community of and for open source developers, created by Red Hat (heehee)
* Astrology: There are 12 constellations, and 9 arc segments called namshas or chandrakalas. 9 times 12 equals 108. Chandra is moon, and kalas are the divisions within a whole.
* The distance between the earth and sun = 108 times the diameter of the sun.
* Distance between the earth and the moon = 108 times the moon's diameter
* The diameter of the sun = 108 times the diameter of the earth.
* The sum of "The Numbers" in the American TV show Lost (4, 8, 15, 16, 23, and 42). It is also the number of minutes within which these numbers must be entered into the computer and the button must be pushed. (this an entirely separate rabid community of people searching for the significance of the number 108)

it's doubtful any of this leads anywhere, but I'm sure there must be some significance to the choice of the number "108", even if it's just that 8-1=7

There are a lot more occurances of the 713ghost thing than the number 108. And they've used 713ghost messages before. I think that there must a clue there somewhere.

Yeah, the Glyph could be seen as a pentagram which, by our current view, is a symbol of evil.

Assuming their is a connection, and the Glyph is tied to the Ark/Halo array, are they calling it the "Angle of Death"?

If so, then I reiterate my [Wild Spec]:

The Glyph in it's current forms (even overlayed ala StarImage Spec) is the signal for "off" or standby for the Halos. The 719hz, with it's hidden Glyph-like image, is then the "fire" signal. They don't have to be separate Glyphs either. Spin the 5 point Glyph quickly (like a tire where your eyes tell you that you are seeing almost stationary points) and you might get the 719hz Glyph.
