Not neccessarily, the old name for a pentagram was the 'seal of soloman' it was/is a protective symbol. Anything inside the circle is protected from what is outside.

This could be symbolic of the arc protecting the CI from what's outside ie the flood.

On the other hand, if the symbol were used for invoking (think summoning) anything outside the symbol is protected from whats inside, so maybe rampant pyscho forerunner AI

Now this could be just somone trying to be funny but I just tried to add D34th 4nGle 108 to my xbox buddy list and instead of saying no such accout exists on xbox live it now has him on my list pending a reply to my friend invite.

I sent him a message from my xbox.com page.

He doesn't seem to have the account linked to any bungie account.

oh and the last game he played was gears of war, so my feeling is that is someone just ripping off the name.
