Technically they say they start looking at new members at the start of the new lunar cycle which is tomorrow not today. Today is the end.

It will be US time (well one of the five US time zones anyway). I mean everything else in this ARg has been US so far.

I hate to say it, but Midnight PST would be the most probable time that they would open up the email.

Considering that Bungie studios are PST and some things before have updated at 12AM PST.

so 7 hours from the time of this post, that will be the most likely time things will update.
