 		Text is usually anti-aliased and as such can look colored as a result. Try typing some text in an editor of your choice, prtSc it, put it in photo software and blow it up to about 400%. It has color "auras." That said, it may very well have been made that color on purpose. And blown up to 500% you can see that it's not actually green but one row of pixels is yellow and the other is blue, making it look green at normal size.

Don't think so. That will be the PB identifier, not a deliberate filename.

btw, it looks to me like those letters are green at normal size, if I look closely and perhaps squint a little...
