From the ARG player tutorial at the top left of this page. It talks about steganography.

The glyph pic #5 with all of that static looking stuff in the background caught my eye.

Yeah but the downloads are mostly glyphs. Glyphs have only been associated with Halo3 through Iris. Even on the Halo3 website, there is only one glyph and it's the tiny reflection on MC's visor in the story section.

The background symbol matches the 719hz spectogram. Perhaps the real clue is in whatever shows up tomorrow, but I think this website is related to the game.

ok it may not be relevant but the webcam is being updated constantly as if something is happenin i think we should take that into account
