Riddle answers need to be capitalized -- example, /where_they_roam/ won't work, but /Where_They_Roam/ will.

Edit: They must have fixed it as I posted. Sorry!

clue 11

Hi there, can anyone help?

I'm one of those unlucky types that can not see the GJ logo on the home page. I haven't access to the clues. I have tried IE and Firefox. I have erased cookies, history and recently visited sites and still no luck.

Perplexorum are no use what so ever as the policing policy is extreme.

Now people are posting her I wondered if anyone could help.

Fed up. Exclamation

The target sponsor site was a bit sticky for me as well -- I would click on a link, the address would show up in my address bar, and then nothing. I had to click in the address bar and hit the [return] key to navigate to the proper place. That being said, there is a golden(.asp) page at the sponsor site.

Hey, speaking of placing pieces on the board... anyone here using the Mac client? I tried using it yesterday, and it crashed. And crashed. And crashed. I'm not a fan of unstable software, so I'm wondering if it's only an issue on my Intel Mac or if others were experiencing similar problems.

Clue 11 - Not the easiest clues to follow

Well if they are going to use clues like that they could at least have some sort of unified system to show what is an anagram and what isn't, that one covers standard text, capitals and italic and your expected to just automatically know whats a anagram.

For a word focused site that was NOT the best set up set of clues so far.

I agree to the point that the clue system they used was inconsistent at best (misleading at its worst). However, I actually enjoyed this as a feature and not as a bug -- it forced me to really think about how the clues could be solved rather than how they should be solved.

Clue 11

I've also enjoyed today's clues, despite the inconsistency in the format. They provided a challenge that was not too far out of reach to be unachievable. However, when technical problems deny some access to the clue page, and not others, things begin to get unfair. Just imagine the uproar if on clue 1000, 10-20% of people could not see the GJ icon/link.

Personally, I don't think I'll still be around by then. This is not an ARG in the spirit of ARGs I've come to know.

Time constraints

Am I the only one here that thinks todays game was way over the top as far as time goes to solve this?
I have been trying for hours and still not finished.
Some people have real jobs and families and work during the day.

Unfair

Yes I am having a opine here...I am finding this game extremelly unfair to those of us who do not live in the UK, visit UK websites, and cannot shop off most UK websites. I know it is not the organisers fault that only UK websites are signing up for game pieces but man....Perhaps they should start encouraging more overseas websites to play the game and buy pieces. I have emailed one site in New Zealand in which international players can both buy and sell on. It is a New Zealand site. Fun people and they would be right into this.
