I just tried the Loquax site and it works for me. Are you sure you are using the right url extension? Remember the UK has different extensions (not .com).

the ultimate alphabet

I have a copy of the original book, the ultimate alphabet, somewhere in my loft.

Wonder if it would be of any use or help

loved the book as a child, every time i saw it there was something new

How many pieces?

Glad to have had help to figure out the first clue, didn't realize I had to swap the letters around. Anyway, I figured out the next two puzzles and was wondering if anyone else has finished them. I have eleven pieces altogether and was wondering if that was correct.

The last site had me jumping through hoops trying to find one piece!

 Does anyone know if.....

Hi all,

Just wondered if all this hunting around for bitz could be drastically reduced by using an image grabbing software that collects every image from a web site, if so I would expect the prize to be claimed within seconds of the final clues going out and if I heard correctly the last 10 pieces are being donated to charities the possibilities for the anagrams will be massively reduced.

Hopefully the organizers have given consideration to this and have acted to make the game fair for all.

Clue 4 is on the GJ site

Caretaker Emulsions Snout (4,9,6,2,2)

Three letters are also given:

T---/T--------/O-----/--/--

I found the site, and its just as bad as the site for clue 3. So many pages to go through for one piece......

I got the clue pretty quick, after a couple of thought processes. It really makes sense if you think about it, not that difficult

The Clue says:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
If you are a Seafaring Renegade
Do You Wear
Your Heart On Your Chest?

It was quite straightforward from that.

I am sure I am going to laugh when I find it, but I can't find it and I am not laughing right now- if it is so straightforward, maybe I am trying to think to hard or just plain missed it. Can someone at least tell me if I am on the right track with my thought process? I looked at every T-shirt on the site, and only found one that had hearts on it. I also did a search for "chest" thinking maybe there is a little trinket box or something, and the search returned T-shirts again. Maybe I am interpreting the clue wrong. My thought process was that perhaps it was a piece of clothing so looked at every top for sale in the place. I still didn't find it.
