 		ICQ numbers vary in length. mine's 8 and i saw shorter ones back in the day.
surprised i managed to find it in fact!

for windows users i'd recommend pidgin for im so you don't need 3 im programmes opened at once. that or trillian.

anyway, colby hasn't filled his icq profile

164002325 was issued a lot earlier than 372954348. (unless they've changed the way they issue numbers..)
