Caduceus Could Herme's wand, caduceus, be the wand we've been looking for? Two snakes intertwined on a winged staff. Perhaps there's a statue at the hospital...
Might be helpful to ask Kendra. Dmax?

Hmm.. Could mean that it could also be at Clearwater, as opposed to Kendra's Klepsydra..

TP has also given us "Hermes" as a keyword.
Did some research on "hermes caduceus" on clue search (also on Google, got identical hits) - the first link was to Cafe Press Medical Clothing and gifts
the second was this one
http://www.ormus.ws/~pyramid/caduceus.html
Quote:
It is not just a symbol. It is an archaic blueprint for an infinitely resonant device to create and project fourth dimensional waves.
Actually the object and experiment this person has done is create an electro magnet. (i.e. wrapped an iron core with wire and passed a current through the wire)
**edit**
add this link from Mythography site:
http://www.loggia.com/myth/hermes.html
Quote:
[According to Hesiod] "Hermes was the son of Zeus and Maia. He presided over commerce, wrestling, and other gymnastic exercises, even over thieving, and everything, in short, which required skill and dexterity. He was the messenger of Zeus, and wore a winged cap and winged shoes. He bore in his hand a rod entwined with two serpents, called the caduceus.
Hermes is said to have invented the lyre. He found, one day, a tortoise, of which he took the shell, made holes in the opposite edges of it, and drew cords of linen through them, and the instrument was complete. The cords were nine, in honor of the nine Muses. Hermes gave the lyre to Apollo, and received from him in exchange the caduceus."

Valas, would you say "sleep & dreams" are more Greatwater General, or Dr. K's department?

I posted this elsewhere, but it seems to be relevant here too.

[22:37] synthasiadale: Next to it was a staff or stick of some sort about eight inches long
[22:38] synthasiadale: At each end was a stone of some type and entwined around it were vines or leaves I think

Oh, I'm not disputing that Klepsydra is the most likely conclusion, just that we shouldn't forget about Clearwater. For all we know, the wand lies hidden within the corpse that is supposed to be Diana.

From the way Dale described the wand (posted by Elija Snow elsewhere)
it doesn't sound like a standard looking cadu... caudus... Medical Symbol.
has a snake, some vine, and stone knobs at either end.
SPEC: maybe another piece of Patient artwork?

I just ran across an older chat with TP where it stated that Sarah made the wand, so it could be made of stones and vines and other knick-knacks after all.
I have a hunch that we will be "presented" with the wand shortly, as the endgame appears to be rapidly approaching. However, it wouldn't hurt to put together a short list of Sarah's past haunts as potential places to look.
We know were she lived (Phyllis' house), but I would think Iris would have been able to detect its presence by now (unless she already has and is keeping it from us). Also do we know if the blueprint at SOD is of Phyllis' house or not?!
Sarah had a stint in Klepsdra, so Dr. Kendra may be able to help here.
We know Sarah was a sculpter so it could be made of clay or stone. We also know her paintings could take on a life of their own, so it may be in an old painting.
I've been following CTW for some time, but I can never recall if anyone has stated were Sarah ended up. Dead? Disappeared? Joined the circus?
Another, albeit more far off, possibility is that we can make one of our own, and through our will turn it into a Cadeuceus. If Sarah can make one, why couldn't we?
Thoughts?

Elijah, I don't believe that has been made clear -- yet. We live in hope...

I think you're right. I prompted Kendra.

So far all the interactions that have been recorded have been bad telephone connections, and dreams/visions. No one TTBOMK, has located her body, alive or otherwise.

The house where the picture was taken is another option, especially considering what that entity in the picture seems to be holding in its hands.

Rumour had it that she drowned herself in the Lake of Tears.
Downright disappeared is therefore the safest conclusion, considering the contact she has sought with others.

I spec that in that Drawing that she did at the Lake of Tears was her reaching out to save her father from drowning OR she was reaching out to him as he was going thru the Portal at the Lake of Tears and was unable to go with him.

It is possible.. Not enough data to reach any reasonably definitive conclusion though.

well as I said it was just a spec there is not enough data to reach any definitive conclusion on just about everything in this story.
