 		I really think 108Films is connected. I guess JJ's obsession with the number 108 in Lost must have seeped into Cloverfield. So this MySpace page, and 108Films itself, has to be providing clues.

That photo there has a similar timestamp to those on the 1-18-08 site. If that photo appears on 1-18-08 on our predicted date of July 30th or otherwise, we'll know that the MySpace page is in-game (I know a bunch of people are saying this isn't a game yet, but I'm going to use the term in-game for simplicity).

Also, Tom O'Malley is definitely affiliated with 108Films. In addition to him directing a video that 108Films did, he wrote this blog entry on the 108Films MySpace.

Also, it seems the MySpace has been around since March '06. Now I'm thinking Tom O'Malley has something to do with this game.

First thing I did was click the picture. When it came back as 404 I looked at the picture again, reread the thread , saw the reference to Dionysus the greek god of wine, and immediately saw the pic for what it was. I'm not saying 108 is unrelated.

As far as the timestamp and time go, yeah that's part of the joke. We ran into 108films the first time we saw the ACE reference, how many people do you think messaged them asking if there was a connection to Cloverfield/Slusho? My guess, a lot. So just to have a little fun they put up this pic.

Is 108 related now? Probably not. Will they be? Maybe.

 		The facts making me think 108Films is connected is: J.J. Abrams and Tom O'Malley have communicated. Tom O'Malley is head of 108Films (or at least part of it). Therefore, J.J. Abrams has had communication with 108Films. Maybe Tom O'Malley and J.J. Abrams are good friends and O'Malley asked Abrams what he should name his film company. (?)

Even if 108Films wasn't connected when it was first started, it could be connected now.

 		Oh, this is really reaching guys... 108Films is an already established company, not conjured up out of thin air. Sure, Abrams might be using it for publicity, but I think that's it.

And "abramsfound.com" is *really* reaching. Abrams wouldn't use his own name for something movie-related.

"itsalive.com" is registed to a mobile phone game developer in Stockholm, Sweden. Has been since 1999.

In TLE, weren't Jeep, etc. established companies And those companies provided clues, didn't they?

 		I'm new to this sort of thing, but here's what I noticed.

http://itsalive.com didn't 404, there wasn't any error message, it's just that the entire content of the site is a message that says "No web site is configured at this address." On the whois stuff, it's referred to as a registered and active website.

http://whois.domaintools.com/itsalive.com says in the registry data that it expires on 01-07-08, whereas the whois record says it expires in April.

It was last amended on May 25, 2007, even though it's been around since 1999.

Like I said, I'm new at this, so I have no idea if anything is relevant. It's just what struck me as interesting.

108 = Birth, Protection, Destruction.

quite fitting to Cloverfield plot? interesting? maybe.

I don't think the movie site will change from 1-18-08 however.

monstrous.com is a site dedicated to Monsters in TV and Film.
