Has anyone given the filename any thought?

If you rotate the name 180 degrees, it reads "modus108".

Don't know if this is relevant...just throwing it out there.

Modus, from Wikipedia:
In statistics the modus is Latin name for mode, the value that has the largest number of observations, namely the most frequent value or values.

So, 108 is the mode perhaps? Of...something.

Furthermore....if I remember from Physics class, m = mass, most of the time.

What if this is some equation used to determine the biomass necessary to sustain the flood, and 108 is the most common result?

To clarify, I imagine e would represent eccentricity.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orbital_eccentricity

Quote:
Orbital mechanics require that the duration of the seasons be proportional to the area of the Earth's orbit swept between the solstices and equinoxes, so when the orbital eccentricity is extreme, the seasons that occur on the far side of the orbit (aphelion) can be substantially longer in duration. Today, northern hemisphere fall and winter occur at closest approach (perihelion), when the earth is moving at its maximum velocity. As a result, fall and winter are slightly shorter than spring and summer. In 2006, summer is 4.66 days longer than winter and spring is 2.9 days longer than fall [2]. Axial precession slowly changes the place in the Earth's orbit where the solstices and equinoxes occur. Over the next 10,000 years, northern hemisphere winters will become gradually longer and summers will become shorter. Any cooling effect, however, will be counteracted by the fact that the eccentricity of Earth's orbit will be almost halved, reducing the mean orbital radius and raising temperatures in both hemispheres closer to the mid-interglacial peak.

The 801 can also mean the first of August. Not so sure what snpow could mean.

little note, although it may or may not be what is meant by 801

Genesis 8:01

But God remembered Noah and all the wild animals and the livestock that were with him in the ark, and he sent a wind over the earth, and the waters receded.

we already noted near the start of the thread that rotated 180 degrees (like calculator speak) it reads "modus108" and 108 is significant due to death angle 108 (in relation to pentagon angles). It's fairly clear the 801snpow ~ modus108. It's highliy unlikely snpow is an anagram for anything significant...

Probably stretching here, but...waters=Flood. And I know that at one point or another, the Prophets speak of "divine wind" from the Halos, propelling them along the great journey...and this divine wind would have been used to stop the Flood...

just so we got the whole equation worked out in one reply (i got my college physics book in my lap keke)

-the first symbol is definitely a Psi....(Phi is the complete circle with an I intersecting it.
- the line over Psi means decimal terminator so we can prolly assume that means we should deal with a whole number
-the subscript o, can either be "origin/initial" (same thing) but it is also called a "knot" (dont kno if thats the correct spelling tho, but verbally it would be called Psi knot) which means the symbol it is attached to (psi) in its natural state

-of course we all know what a square root looks like
-m is most commonly mass which is divided by pi (3.14.....)
-e can't be eullers number becuase we would need an exponent, without the exponent base e (eullers number) doesn't exist so it would have to be energy of an electron (which is lower case e, upper case is just Energy like in E=MC^2)

108 sounds good to me -- weren't there 108 repeats of "reset" in the array recorder data?

Funny enough, 104 resets.
