Because she doesn't have a boyfriend. Perhaps she's 'talking' to someone, but no definite relationship.

Rob does like her... which, is either one of two things; "he likes her, but she never saw him like that" or "He likes her, she likes someone else"

Either way, there's not much holding Rob back from leaving.

I am sure someone noticed this already but it keeps getting thrown at us.

Now Rob responds back with "I read it in six installments"

Ok usually it takes mea while to get something but after my last time of thinking I found something I have kept silent. Not my greatest day let me tell ya. Anyways the number 6 keeps coming up and don't go off on the whole 666 garbage there hasn't been any answers stating 666 just the number 6 so is there anything that would break down into multiples of 6. Is there possible a series of number that starts with 6 I haven't seen posted about. That number specifically keeps cropping up. If maybe he said I read it 5 times or 7 times I wouldn't have made the connection.

I hadn't paid any attention to this thread in a while, but I just discovered the recent discussion about the elliptical belly button comment on HUD's blog page. I can confirm that I am the author of that silly item. Unfortunately, it contains no deep, mystical references to anything JJ Abrams-related. It looked like a childish, simplistic representation of the vulva. I simply thought that a comment with some sexual innuendo might catch the attention of a character who frequently lists his current mood as "horny". Apparently, I was right.
