 		ok, so I stared at it. thought about taking the minutes (36, 1, etc) and pluging them in to something. I've forgotten what this leading us towards.. to the instructions.

 		Maybe instead of a pattern it is just a reference to when new items will be posted for each month.
For instance, maybe new information will come out on the same dates that they did in July, only in August. Meaning new info would come out 8/3, 8/6, 8/12, etc. I dunno, just an idea.
