I dont know if this was posted or not because im too lazy to read all the posts but I made a flavor and i could click the bottom gray part of the right foot.

I just made a random flavor combination and I found a spot that turned my cursor into the pointing hand. I clicked but nothing happened. I clicked and dragged and I heard a clicking sound. After I let go, nothing happened but that spot no longer turned my cursor into the pointing finger. I moved my cursor around and found it had moved to the other foot. I did the same thing with it. It moved again, this time to one of the stars.

I thought it was random locations until it turned up on a star.

Is it possible that there are 2 different flash games here? One where you mix the colors, and one that starts after that using the colors you mix.

Unfortunately, the ones in the feet are a glitch. Those are where the slider bars are in the flavor combination bit, note that it's the same noise you get when you slide those bars to begin with. Thus, the pointer doesn't disappear, just moves to wherever you slid it to. Nice try, though.

I think it might be accessing the sliders from the mix screen.

Yea that's what I was getting at, sorry if I was unclear. Really, nice catch though. Smile

It was exciting until I realized that I had given Chocolate Rage just enough flavor to cover that star.

This word also appears on the slusho page w/ the robots (I believe it's Chocolate Rage).

interesting connection (especially since this text does not appear to be an original part of said video).

maybe there are some other connections or hints in the myspace pages that could help us get some more interesting results from the robots page.

just a thought.

The only thing I've personally read so far regarding the Myspace/robots connection is that the colors of the robots coincide with the colors of the different character's layouts. It's a possibility though, then perhaps if we take something like the ages of the characters, match that with their colors, and add them by increment to a slusho mix(i.e. if Rob was youngest, he'd be his robot, added at increment 1, Hawk at 2, etc), maybe we'll find something... hey, that's a pretty good idea. Except I think they've decompiled the flash and shown that nothing opens with a certain mixture Sad

How about heights? Does myspace give the heights of the people? As you drag the mixture level the bots gain size. Someone pointed out right click and play makes the site change size. The mix is supposed to make fish into whales... Maybe if you match the myspace color scheme to the specific robots, then order them by height... ack, since the code does nothing special it shouldn't open a thing right? But perhaps later on...

Crap, this ARG is going to make me sign up for myspace, isn't it? Swore I wouldn't... Off to check it out... And I might want to look at that AS code...

The idea of figuring out the exact order of each person's age is interesting. I've been focusing on the myspace pages for a while (no reason, arbitrary decision), and I've been looking for any cross-referenced information that would enable us to figure something out that's not directly stated), e.g., that Hawk is Rob's brother is figured out from reading diff. comments on each page (about aunt peg, etc.). One piece of information that's not stated anywhere is the exact birthday of each person - we're only told their age and zodiac sign. We can figure out that Jamie's birth is Dec. 25 (b/c of her blog comment that she shares her b-day with Jesus). Don't know yet about the other people.

Anyway, the possibility that the precise age of each person might be useful at Slusho struck me, b/c that's one of the few things that we might be able to infer or piece together from myspace. But, so far, no exact birthdays other than Jamie's.

Also - Good idea about height, slushoLover.

theory

ok, after looking at the poster, it appears the "monster" climbed up the SOL, got me to thinking, watched the trailer again. monster makes noise, then lights go out. the slusho shirt guy suggests going up to the roof to see? He looks like he knows something. Then explosion? and flying "rockets"? then on the street another "monster" noise followed by what I call a mechanical sound and the SOL head comes flying. slusho site has six robots now? combine? ok this is what i think. the monster comes all the way from japan. the slusho robot battles it near SOL. the robot attacks, monster makes noise (anger or pain) power goes out briefly. up on roof, robot attacks monster near power plant? big explosion during battle. rockets misguided come flying. monster trying to get away, climbs up SOL. robot punches or fires something, misses monster, hits head head goes flying (mechanical sound and monster sound in tr) monster swims away toward city (i.e. poster) battle continues…people film and talk as story comes out with maybe flashbacks - JJ likes flashbacks you know…

Re: Large store images

ChinkyGirl wrote:
Sorry to rehash my original posts, but has anyone explored the large store view at all? (http://store.slusho.jp/v/big.html)

The things that make me suspicious here are:

-The fact that the large Slusho logo is "distressed" looking - some may think it's to make it look vintage, but I just think it looks a little weird, as if there were something to dissect in that first image, like the lines running through it.

- The image of the cap and how the slogan is slightly different than that Slusho saying we've been seeing thoughout the site (You Can't JUST DRINK Six as opposed to You Can't DRINK JUST Six). Maybe this is a significant image.

Please Photoshoppers, do your thing!! I have it, just not sure how I can go about playing with the images. Smile

EDIT: I definitely think something is up with these two images - take a look at the source code:

Code:
<html><body><br><center><img src="/v/images/large1.jpg">

<br><br><img src="/v/images/large2.gif">

<br><br><img src="/v/images/large3.gif">

<br><br><img src="/v/images/large4.gif">

<br><br><img src="/v/images/large5.gif">

<br><br><img src="/v/images/large6.jpg">

</center></body>

Why are the first and last (the ones I pointed out) the only ones that are jpegs and the other gifs? I know they're pretty much interchangeable, but there has to be something here, I can just feel it. Also, why would they make a separate link for the large images? Most online storefronts let you click on the link for a shirt and within that, let you click on the individual large image for it.

OK . . . I ran Stegdetect on the large6.jpg (the HAT photo) and (if I used the program correctly . . ) it detected jphide with 3 stars (***).

So my guess is is that there is something hidden in that file that we need to get out. (assuming I did everything correctly in steg detect . . .)

Large1.jpg did not show as positive.

Did you attempt to desteg with anything we've come up with so far? I would try combinations of 1, 6, and 3 (from the Slusho flash page) for starters.

I'd try it but I'm at work now Sad

unless I did my math wrong (and, that's a real possibility), we can infer the following about the order of everyone's birth.

In order of youngest to oldest, it should run like this:

1. Jamie. She is 25 and a Capricorn (her b-day is 12/25). That means she will turn 26 this Christmas. So, she was born on 12/25/81.

2. Hud. he's a bit of a problem b/c he lists his age as 26 and he's a Leo (7/23-8/21), so he either just turned 26 (if his b-day is end of July), or he's going to turn 27 w/in a few weeks. Depending on which is the case, his year of birth would either be 1981 (if he just turned 26), or 1980 (if he's about to turn 27). So, if he just turned 26, then he was born in late July, 1981, making him the 2nd youngest.

Strange (or sloppy) that none of his friends have bothered to wish him a happy b-day.

3. LenaDia. She is 26 and a Taurus (4/21-5/21), which means she already turned 26 in 2007. So, she was born in late April or early May of 1981.

4. Lily. She is 26 and a Libra (9/24-10/23), so she will turn 27 in 2007. So, she was born in late Sept. or early Oct. of 1980.

5. Rob & Beth. They are both 26 and both Virgo (8/22-9-23), so they should both be having birthdays soon, turning 27 in 2007. This means they were both born in late August or early September of 1980.

I just noticed on Beth's myspace blog that she lists her birthday as August 25. So, she was born on 8/25/80. That means she is probably older than Rob, unless he was born on 8/22, 8/23, or 8/24.

6. Hud. If he's about to turn 27 (see above), then he would have been born in early August of 1980.

7. Hawk. He is 28 and he is a Pisces (2/20-3/20). So, he already turned 28 this year. He was born, then, in late Feb. or early March of 1979.

I hope I got all this right, and that it's useful.

Random thought, but maybe you could use that order, or reverse order, to match Slusho! flavors to birthstones. Then add the matching flavor in like amounts. (ex. Eldest getting more flavor than the younger.)

I don't think anything will come of it; it's just a thought.

I don't have photoshop, but I can tell you one thing (although it's probably not that important) from examining it in paint.

It looks as if the picture of the hat was taken in real life, while the hat was obviously drawn in photoshop or flash. The hat is outlined by various different shades and blocks of white, in random order, that anyone can tell by filling in the background with a shade of gray.

To prove my point someone examine the picture in paint, and fill in the middle of the gap in the hat from the backside view. You'll see it was obviously blanked out through an eraser tool.

This hints that these photos are real pictures instead of computer generated (like most of the other pictures). But the hat is obviously photoshoped so it's difficult to reach a conclusion.

The only thing I can think of is that this hat was taken as a picture in real life (to get the general outline), and it's outline photoshopped over and filled in in photoshop. However they forgot to blank out the background, causing it to seem as if it was taken in real life.

It's just a case of sloppy and quick picture editing and uploading as far as I can tell.

As for why it's saved differently I have no idea.

Well since no one is trying to find the hidden file I have tried the following pass phrases in JPHS on large6.jpg.

hammer/haMMer
cheese
mitten
1-18-08cloverfield

The above words are not valid.

When I used 1-18-08 it said that the file was partially recovered. Maybe there's more to the passphrase? or maybe it's completely invalid.

I'll keep trying stuff . . .
