Just as one of those niggling obvious things

Anyone tried emailing

storeSPLATslusho.jp?

I just did, no auto-responder thus far, and I'm not sure if I'm about to harass some tech support person, or if I'm about to find something IG.

Probably just harassing some OOG customer support worker. If the store is legit, they are selling merch, it would be logical to think the store e-mail goes to a customer support department.

Probably. Well, I didn't really say anything other than "I love slusho! Thanks for selling T-shirts!" so it wasn't too bad.

Laughing Nah, that's not bad. They might not even pay attention to that. I'm sure they're going to get some off-the-wall e-mails through that address.

also, yea im betting on 6 characters as well, but im checking from 1 to 8 just in case.

That's what I was thinking. It's not like you're trying to break into someone's server; it's a jpeg (on your computer none-the-less).

wait what? why would you need a password for something on your own computer?

They're not trying to hack slusho.jp or anything like that. They're trying to desteg a picture. The picture is saved on their computer.

Some more stuff to add

Has anyone been to http://youcantdrinkjustsix.com? It seems OOG but why would such an obscure address redirect to such a legit looking site?

Also, the secret ingredient (lotus) is definatley something related to the bouluang lotus which is also known as this Hindu Lotus.

http://www.search-thais.com/lotus2/bouluang/bouluang_White2.jpg

That picture resembles the image in the flash game almost exactly.

I don't see at all how that site looks even remotely legit. Pretty sure it's been discussed before that that site is a gamejack.

Yes, but the site also has many real partners such as Puma or Captain Morgan. I believe this company designed their websites.

Also...

Also, when I say legit I mean it's a real company which has nothing to do with the ARG.

Searching the forum for octopus and hammer turned up a lot of results.

I just wanted to mention that there is a Hammer Octopus.
There are cheese fish crackers.
That donkey might be a mule, thats why he is thinking of a pot holder. Using puns?

Someone also pointed out, a while back, that there are such things as "donkey mittens." I don't know if that's what they're called, but apparently, people use mittens to keep a donkey's ears warm.

I've actually got a bag/pack of cheese fish crackers - they're damn good. Anyway, on the bag/pack, it says "Cheddar" and "Baked with real cheese" and there's a cartoon image of a holey wedge of cheese; and, of course, several lil' tasty cracker-fish are 'swimming around' on the bag/pack as well. This is the ONLY place, other than Slusho!, where I've actually seen fish and a block of cheese in the same place. I didn't think fish crackers could have any connection until you pointed out the Hammer Octopus. Good find.

lost numbers

Could it be that the LOST numbers are the proper ratios for the flavour game. The numbers 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42. It's close to 100% at 108. Also what could be the right sequence, by characters ages?

Anyway I tried left to right from blueberry to strawberry and never got anything spectacular. (dunno if I counted right though).

My hands too shaky for counting numbers on the gauge(gotta cut back on the frappacinos).
