Not quite what you're looking for, but there is a Slusho remix of the 'Happy Talk' music here:

i really dont know if anybody posted about this yet cause im too lazy to read through all the posts here and on the other slusho! topic, but if you go to http://www.youcantdrinkjustsix.com there are some "ocean sounds" of something called BLOOP. If you go to the happy talk section on the Slusho! website, one of the quotes is just plain ol BLOOP! I just thought that was weird that youcantdrinkjustsix.com has such a relation to slusho!'s site. Or I could just be digging at nothing..........but hey, its worth a try. Also, if anyone else thinks this could go somewhere, they have a whole section of "unidentified" sounds, the BLOOP sound being one of them. Anyhoo, heres the site for that: http://www.pmel.noaa.gov/vents/acoustics/sounds_mystery.html

i know it has a crazy address, but if you go to www.youcantdrinkjustsix.com you get this pmel site. Oh well.........do with it what you may. And Im out Very Happy

History page

Forgive me, but I can't shake the suspicion that there is some sort of code embedded in the weird text on the history page. It's just too nonsensical and deliberately wrong, even if it is supposed to be by a non-native English speaker. After reading most of House of Leaves, which is figured prominently on Lily's myspace page & the subject of most of her conversations with real people, I suspect this even more. In that book, there are all kinds of codes that are used to decipher hidden messages in the text. I've been trying some ideas that are used in the book - haven't come up with anything successful so far, but here are some of them in case someone smarter than me wants to give it a go:

1. In HoL there are ridiculously long lists of names in footnotes, if you take the first letter of each one them it will spell out something. Maybe try this on the myspace pages where they list favorite movies, books, etc? Taking the first letter didn't work for the history page, nor did taking every 6th first letter, etc. (It goes: TSSIOMATNYDHLTRHCCHTSWBSWDEAOBAEM...etc.)

2. In HoL, the size of the paragraphs creates morse code (ex. long paragraph = dash, short paragraph = dot), I was trying this on the history page (for example, first page might be short, short, long = R) but I'm not sure whether to include the first sentence or where the breaks in the letters should be.

3. Trying codes with the initials of the characters (incidentially, which are: RHBMMDLFJHHPJL - and can't be anagrammed into anything)

Any other ideas? Maybe if we brainstorm, something will come up...

I agree, I've tried alot of things forward and backwards on that history page but nothing stands out. Tried every six lettters, every six words, lost number combinations, numbers from the time signatures from the 1-18-08 site, looked into the exclamations!!!!!!, and just generally went a little insane. Smile

Six seems to be empasized again though with the roar at 6 minutes at 1-18-08, I think there is still something eluding us.

Hey guys...

I could be way off base, but i have some things to add about slusho.jp. If you go to the store page, and turn the audio off on the page, you still hear people talking, going "awwwww" and in the background you can hear what sounds like a machine of some kind. Could be a small glitch, a leftover or whatever. If you guys know just tell me. Another thing that i never see mentioned here is that on the store page the people are holding up fingers that look like sign language. I know no sign language whatsoever, and you guys probaly figured it out before i came to town. just wondering.

The hands on the store DO resemble sign language.....i found a page that has all the hand signs for the alphabet. http://www.funbrain.com/cgi-bin/st.cgi?A1=s&A15=signs&A2=0&Submit=Show+Me+The+Signs%21

I looked at the hand signs and the hands on the slusho page and only see a few similarities.

Machine-flashing cameras you see in the screen. Not too hard to miss...

Sign language- Beaten to death, put on rocket, shipped to the moon, blown up with the moon, and sent into the middle of the sun.

We figured it out before you came to the country...

JJ Abram's myspace page has a blog on July 16 that is titled: What is your favorite anagram?

On the same day, on Beth McIntyre's myspace page she sent Rob a very odd message/'riddle' ... "The lights go out, the man cries, what happened?"

I worked on it as an anagram (and I'm not saying this is definative or anything... just what I worked out in my spare time at work): Something hit the powerplant, cast huge head.

How does that grab you... coincidence? maybe... maybe not...

Is there
a power plant

near 401 Broadway, or anywhere between it and the SoL?
