Major kudos on the pic. I'm really looking forward to this movie.

hmm the only problem with that is its about a 40 minute train ride to the city so i'm not really going to wake up to hunt for police tags, but i wouldn't be surprised if they're filming tomorrow.

so they're on the lower west side today, you dont think they would really move that far from there do you?

hey is there anyway anyone can find out some more filming dates ?!
it would so kick ass to go.

Crew members were overheard on the set talking about filming on a bridge...maybe they'll be filming on the Brooklyn Bridge later this week. If they are, I'll def be camping out that night.

Thanks for the t-shirt pic. That definitely matches, and it proves I'm looking way too hard at pictures. Good shots!

Maybe the next setup, since this was Cheese, will be under 'Hammer'?

Lower East Side. but movies are notorious for screwing up NYC. in fact movies involving NYC should all include a tag saying "Accurate depiction not included"

Having said that, if any bridge, I'd guess Williamsburg (due to proximity, straight down Delancey) or Queensboro (the group is running north). Brooklyn Bridge is a good deal south around Battery City Park. Same with Manhattan.

It was mentioned that when talking with some of the "crew"....that the current teaser isn't even gonna be in the real film.

I have never thought of that possibility...which to me would be very ingenious on JJA's part. The teasers deal with a group of people who witnessed this mass scale event...but in the movie...we get to see it from a whole new perspective....I'm new yes...but plausible?

Peace.

Hang on... I'm going to use the infamous search feature to recall the posts where I mentioned this about 85,000 times...

i wouldn't doubt it considering that must have been filmed far before any of the things that are being filmed now which is obviously the bulk of the movie.

searching

Wow well thanks for the welcome. Good stuff....
In the last 2 days since my co-worker and I just "stumbled" upon the trailer site at apple.com...I got hooked and have read over 300 pages of stuff about this thing. Forgive my non-searching ways. Cool

Peace.

I'm not even sure what terms you'd put in to accurately search all these posts in order to find out if someone had already mentioned that the trailer might not be in the movie... We don't need to be so nasty, do we? He or she was only trying to participate constructively.

It could be any bridge really, since they're obviously not going for accuracy. Good point about the Williamsburg though, it is pretty close to where they're shooting now. The Queensboro is pretty far north though. The Manhattan Bridge is pretty close to where the party was (if I was there, that's where I'd be running). If it was one of the one of the MTA bridges I'd probably hear about it as I know a lot of TBTA officers.
