EMAIL: Iris sees Sarah creating the manuscript page

Elderofzion posted this at CD:

Dear Damon,

I am very glad to hear that all is well for you. Never fear, Phyllis and the boys have made sure that the house and those in it are well watched and protected. Heck, I do not think even Don Marzano could get into the ouse unnoticed, seeing as how there have to be dozens of young, strong men skulking about in the bushes around the clock. I do not even want to hink about how much this is costing Phyllis, but in the end I guess safety is ore important than money.
Did you hear about last night? Finally I was able to successfully reach Sarah, though it ended about as successfully as it started. Phyllis and the boys were all very nervous about trying to reach Sarah, but I just had to insist that this was the only course of action we had right now. I mean, what else are we to do? No one alive will help us and if I can contact Sarah and learn something that may help, any danger is worth the risk, don't you agree? I made all of us go though a very complex and most likely unnecessary series of purification rituals. I had everyone take a bath in sea salt to cleanse our bodies of any lingering energies that would taint the energy in the room and then I used sage smoke to cleanse veryone from head to toe before calling on my goddess and all of our guardian angels, helper spirits, spirit guides and guide animals to stand guard and protect us. I then went through a ritual cleansing of the room whereby a circle of protection is drawn to keep out anyone or anything that would harm us while we ventured forth into the unknown ethers. As we all settled down facing one another in a circle, I asked everyone to close their eyes and clear their thoughts as I attempted to make contact using the stone and the manuscript page which, I am almost certain, was created by Sarah not so long ago. You see, when I hold the page I can almost see her working on it as some shadowed, misty figure stands over her shoulder whispering in her ear. Though the air changed and the familiar and comforting tingling that is a precursor to true psychic manifestation occurred, there was something blocking the way and although it too a few frustrating moments to figure it out, I soon realized that the stone was keeping us from reaching Sarah. I believe that Don used the stone so much that his will, his vibrations were trying to superimpose themselves on what we were attempting to do, so I
banished the stone from the room. Once Phyllis had returned and the protections were back up around the room, I again attempted to reach Sarah using nothing more than the manuscript page. This time the affect was immediate. The room chilled, the tingling became a constant thrumming of electricity across nerves and I found myself sliding down the slippery tunnel toward full meditative trance. What happened during this period I am not sure. I do know that Sarah was there, as I could see herbefore me as we stood facing each other in that place between the worlds. I had just begun to talk with her when I suddenly was jerked back into my body, my last conscious image of her face showed her surprise and dismay that I was leaving so quickly.
There was pounding on the door and I could not help but wail that we had
gotten so close and yet again failed. Chris helped me to my feet as James
and Phyllis preceded us toward the front door to learn what all of the
commotion was about. It seems, much to our dismay, that there were people skulking about in the shadows. Damon, I guarantee you that it was the DEGs.
I can even now feel their energy around the house when I walk outside. They were here and I believe they know what we did last night. I think that had we not taken the measures to protect ourselves, they would have come in and done whatever it was they intended to do. Damon, pray for us. I think we have finally crossed a line from which there
is no going back.

Iris

This ties in with what Prof Whiting told Myssfitz about the age of the missing manuscript page.
