Zip code from envelope If you Mapquest the Zipcode from the envelope, it comes back with a result thats right in the middle of the reservation. Is this Zip specific to the reservation? Also, the only thing in that area on the map is "Birney Rd."

Mayan's had 13 constellation, the one closest to the beginning of the year is the lizard. This occurs around the birth of the "sun god (12-25, yule) " on 12/13 .
The one closest to leo is the bat beginning 7/26 . This marks the beinning of the mayan year.

Mayan gods According to Godchecker dot com, The god "Kinich Ahau" is the sun god and part of a group of three gods, all designated by roman numerals. He is the third, thus III. The second is "Bolon Tzakab" designated by II. Is this where the missing "i's" fit in? The god designated by I is called "Chac-Xib-Chac" and is some kind of a "Sharklike" god.

Hi all I'm new here.I figured this was a good one to start on.
I decided to sign up after taking a second look at the letter.I was thinking maybe the "Always look for what you're mssg" line could be sort of a riddle. It's missing "i's",but maybe it means "eyes".
After Googling around a bit I found that Horus was a sun god in Egypt.
The Eye of Horus maybe?
I don't know....maybe I'm way off.

Great deductions, King_Mob, and welcome.
And no, you're not too far off at all.
My only trout is that we've concluded that it may be a Mayan god (and trust me, that's a fair sized maybe.)
Also the "eye" theory is awesome and should definitely be taken into consideration.
Especially since there are two "i's" missing.
EDIT: Oh, and a word of advice (from someone who had to learn the hard way): Always read the threads here from page one. Some of these ARGs go really fast and it's always good to catch up if your missing clues.

Thanks Chronus.
I've been reading this one from the start,I just thought maybe the answer is in a completely different direction.Ah well,it's a fresh perspective at least.

No problem .
And I agree. While the stars will probably play quite a part, I'd definitely take a look into the "missing eyes" thought, as well.

Been looking into the missing eyes thing for awhile, I think there is a Mayan death god who wears an eyeless skull, also googled what's mssng and got a joke where the answerwas I am so I took it to maybe mean IM and have added tom2man, tom tooman, tooman, to my aim, gonna try to get a couple more instant messengers to use to add them there too.
Also I set up a tom tooman chat on irc.chat-solutions.org:6667 #tomtooman
if anyone is interested.

wow i think i found something important.
up until now whenever you searched 2man on Google nothing significant would come up but today when I did the search again out of curiosity I saw that there is a domain called www.2man.com but it is still not up and running.
Maybe this means that whoever sent the letter is trying to make a website and we would be led there by going to 2man.com.
What do you guys think?

Could this be a fake? I just went to that www.2man.com, it took me to a webhosting site. It does have some contact info for a girl named shannon but there was nothing really unique about this website. I really don't think it is connected.
I am new to ARGs so i am wondering has anyone ever encountered a fake. Like a lead that goes no where just to have people going out of their minds.

Not discrediting Keep diggin! I just hope we're on the right track.
Bass, Scarpe- what's the chances(even though it'll probably be nothing) you can check those letters you got for impressions? Maybe the sheet on top of the ones you got transferred, being as Scarpe noted that the note was written with a heavy hand. Who knows- might lead to a clue.
EDIT: Why waste another post? Added the idea.
