 		WEnCon also has a Google Earth file, but I haven't gotten a chance to look at it yet (still downloading GE).

Also, it you look on their sitemap under Resources is with a subpage under Organizational Resistance Management that you need a password to enter.

 		you have to have google earth, then you can view it after downloading it (both the program & the KMZ file)

That's what I was thinking as well. And maybe Dogwood is WEnCon/the Anti-Resistence Unit
