I read that book as a kid . . . the book is on crack!

If I remeber correctly, each floor of the school is essentially a chapter in the book.

Unfortunately, my book is currently in storage so I can't get at it at all.

I'm goign to re-read Rob's entires to see if I can remember any connections . . .

There was a book in the series called Sideways Arithmetic which was full of cryptarithms to solve (Look up Sideways Arithmetic on wikipedia for more). I'm sure this will come up at some point based on the volume of posts on Rob's myspace.

I liked Wayside School is Falling Down. I believe it's the second one.
The chapter about the kid being able to get a tattoo for his birthday (which of course I thought was awesome and begged my parents for the same treatment at...I dunno...9 years old maybe) and he ends up getting a potato on his ankle has stuck with me since.
I still think about getting the same tattoo every now and then just because.
