Just got this reply from Brent (I emailed him the message once I'd decoded it):

Anyone know who Jade Stone is? IG or OOG? I emailed back to say I didn't know who s/he was. There's a jade stone on myspace but I'm pretty sure it's OOG!

Brent gave me their address.. but since I think they are OOG... I don't think I should post it here..

 		Oh, come on, Lurker, we weren't MAD at you- just excited and frustrated and you knew and we didn't. None of us have a problem with you keeping a personal OOG email private. Although, if it's IG, we're going to get the torches and pitchforks if you don't tell us. Smile

I'm the one who myspaced the solve to B, and made sure Gambler got props for it. I don't know who Jade Stone is, but it sounds like a name from, uh, art films. Smile

Maybe I am about to talk about a different e-mail..

But who's to say what is IG and what is OOG, really?

If *I* think something is OOG.. and Everyone else thinks it's IG... then everyone is mad at me for withholding something...
I guess there was some confusion...


and if *I* think it's IG.. I post it... ie.. the e-mails Brent has recieved and then forwarded on...


I talked to Brent today.. and made it clear the he lets me know when and what is supposed to be shared with the "community"... and what is intended to be "private", just to avoid this whole thing in the future.

I'm sorry if you don't follow my nonesense ramble about this...

(No, I am not talking about this e-mail to Jade Stone...)

I didn't want this to get lost in the last post- it may be important.

Brent is being really weird. Like, COMPLETELY not himself. Forum and I are in agreement on this- he doesn't recognize inside jokes, and he's unable to prove his identity to us. I'm worried. *sob*

HOLD THE PHONE- Brent's not acting himself, right? What if he's NOT himself? Like what if someone else has taken over his communications? Coffeegirl says he was going to be out tonight- is it so much of a stretch that he IS out and someone is trying to get info?

I think from now on we should go all Order of the Phoenix on his butt- no one message Brent ANYTHING unless he proves who he is. Every time.

Maybe he's possessed LOL...How are we going to get him to prove who he is each time.

He could be compromised, maybe the G-whatever has hacked his myspace....I'm completely speculating but yeah.

 		Something like each time you talk to him, ask him a question from your previous conversation. Lurker and I (and I don't know who else) speak to him on AIM often, and we have inside things that he would know (hehe jokes), so it's kinda easy. Maybe only one or two of us should message solves to him for now. We'll make sure we give proper credit, of course. Lurker, what are your thoughts?
