And what do I say to Happy?

And if Dwin is 16 (his birthday was in December), then the affair was 17 years ago.

Well, let's see...I was trying to end the game on a tad of a sad note, so I engineered a letter to wrap things up nicely:

 		Thank you for sharing. I think this was the missing piece we needed before there could be closure. Remember the SPEC involving Kevin & the Eidolon claiming "blood relative" was best for his reincarnation? We jumped on the idea that maybe Dwin was AJ's son... But this is better, much better.

Going back to the LJ post by Happy - as a way to bring this out into the open. I did not write to Patricia, she contacted me today:

Margaret had a beautiful boy. Dalton ran around like the proud Daddy until he found Peeps and Margaret and the baby boy in her hospital room. I don't know the details of what happened and what was said, but that was the last day anyone ever saw Margaret or the boy.

Alan knew about the affair. You know how he loved drama and frivolous gossip. He also loved to meddle. Alan used his power to find out what happened. Dalton has several Jackals take Margaret to room 505. She was tortured and eventually killed by Dalton himself. The boy was to be killed as well, but Mister Timothy Mann, who was assigned to the boy, took the baby boy to a local hospital and left him. Timothy was close to Alan at the time and kept him informed about the son of their good friend, Peeps. Of course, this was long before Alan knew he was related to Peeps/Thomas. I think Alan, sick man that he was, thought he could use the boy or the information at some point against Peeps. Who knows? Only Alan, and he is thankfully gone forever.

I have had the information for a long time, kona, and I have not shared it with Thomas. I have not shared it with anyone. Timothy and I have argued about this many times. He, obviously, knows Kevin is Thomas' son. Honestly, I don't think Thomas has been ready for it. He is still, even today, so fragile. I'm afraid of what he will do. And, yes, I am afraid he will take Kevin from me forever. I love Kevin so much and I really would love for him to have Thomas in his life and know that this sweet man is his father. I just don't know how to do this. How do I make this transition? And how do we handle Thomas? I look forward to hearing from you.

What do you guys think? They (Peeps & Dwin) both deserve to know the truth. Who should explain it? Timothy & Cathy? One of us?

down with Thomas in a quiet room and just tell him the truth - that no
one knew for sure, but it was the Eidolon who confirmed it. You had to
be sure before you could tell Thomas (or Kevin). And in the end, it's
going to be a GOOD thing, for all of you. He would never take Kevin
away from you. He's never been a father - he wouldn't know what to do.
I think he would embrace the role more as an uncle. And this would
make joy out of all the sadness of Spoocheeeee. You have to present
it as a big positive! I know you guys can do it.

Geez, how do I get the feeling I'm getting screwed here? If I had not sent it, how else would we have known? I haven't slandered you in any of my emails. Crying or Very sad But, seriously, It would make sense, since both possesion targets are nephews. Anyway, if the chance shows itself, I will have to respond in kind. Don't feel bad, once again I feel like I'm playing the "Kona Sammeeeees" game. Wink Really though, I think this last bit was based on some spec the PM read here on uF, and decided to use it as a point of closure for the game.

Just don't beat yourself up on how you played, you've played the game very well. It's nice to share your IG interactions, but it's always left up to the individual to decide. If the information's important to the game/storyline, the PM will make sure the information reaches the player base. In this case it appears she did. No worries. Smile

 		fangs, you played a GREAT game. The PM waited for you to share that last email from the Eidolon (she does watch uF) and when you didn't clue us in, she got the information out in another manner.

I was just playing along with her when I told her about you....don't take anything personally. I was just keeping it all in character.

As for "Kona Sammeeeees". Shocked Well....I have sat back a few times and waited for others to write/interact with characters. I've ASKED folks many times to post stuff on LJ and UNBC board. I thought I was encouraging others to get involved and enjoy the interaction aspect. I was elated when fangs took some initiative. Excited for Insane & Lacey getting phone calls. Hopeful for Darksiders getting "missions" and for the tickled that UNBCers got those maps.

I can't help it that when something sat around for a week, Happy resorted to an email to me to get the ball rolling again. I encouraged her to use LJ so EVERYONE can see the information (and hope she utilizes it more often). Now that the Eidolon is locked up, we don't have to hide anything from him - the use of LJ makes sense.

Now, onward to some EMAIL from Patricia Moore/Cathy Kuttner:
