Which would tie in nicely with the Halo 3 theme, due to the (Sadly, now renamed) "Cheyneymania" achievment.

I really believe we should look into the accident he reffers to, it may be of some importance!

He is a professor of Genetics, maybe the "Accident" happened when experimenting with Gene Therapy and Manipulation (or the like)...

Or maybe it was a car crash, plane crash, of hunting accident with Dick Cheney.

i think the accident might be the time when the Forerunners were wiped out, making Dr. Jonas either a moniter or dead. When u ask him certain questions, he says stuff along the lines of "why do humans act like this", almost the same thing as GS in Halo. then when u say sumthing to tht he says "wht is real?" i cant find a good answer for tht to further the conversation.

He does say that he is a robot, ergo he doesn't need sleep.
Maybe you are, for the most part, correct.

Rush says:
I slept with your mother
Jonas Volman says:
How did that make you feel?

Rush says:
tingly
Jonas Volman says:
Huh? I'm really focused on finishing this, you have to be specific.

Rush says:
Ya don't say.
Jonas Volman says:
I used to say. But that was before the accident.

Rush says:
What accident?
Jonas Volman says:
Ooh, it was a bad one. I'd rather talk about something else.

Rush says:
How bad?
Jonas Volman says:
C'mon, there's lots we can do. Type "home" to see what I can do.

Oh, I've gotten the "HOME" thing, too. It must be a built in menu system (that was subsequently taken out when the chat bot was customized), like many other bots have.

Another funny thing I found:

Gawsh, he flip-flops more than John Kerry! :p

Ooh! I guess that's when he starts using steroids, or thats when he has a hot date!

EDIT:

I found a genuine unique response!

He swears he'll quit tommorow!

That's sad, but true Shocked

Dr. Volman speaks (albeit brokenly)several languages!

(I asked him: Do you speak <language>)

Shot at 2007-08-15

But the Chinese comes out as "Looked! On is rich. (Stresses brains, not greatly understands you to say any) actually, I was the robot which just only then the academic society spoke, therefore was a little stupid. Please many advises." when put through my traslator... He needs a dictionary.

Also, his reply (In Korean)to "Do you speak Korean" (Also In Korean) translates to "That Rang Korean end it does,!"

Him: It's definitely dying time!
Me: You first.
Him: I know, I know. a lot of people I talk to are quite happy about that.

Or...

Quote:
[10:20] Me: the artifact
[10:20] Jonas Volman: Really? Back to why you've contacted me.
[10:20] Me: that is why I contacted you
[10:20] Jonas Volman: No, it's not why! It can't be!

Kel says:
Sprechst du deutsch? (Do you speak German?)

Jonas Volman says:
Yeah, ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch... (Yes I speak German)

Kel says:
Ich habe eine limo ( I have a Lemonade!)

Jonas Volman says:
Ich habe vor ein paar Wochen angefangen Deutsch zu lernen. Ich bitte um Verzeihung, aber ich verstehe noch nicht alles was Sie sagen... (I have to learn some more German. Sorry, but I do not understand everything you say)

Kel says:
Das ist sehr gut! (That is very good!)

Jonas Volman says:
Ich spreche noch nicht fliessend Deutsch, ich bin aber dabei es zu lernen! Bitte Schauen Sie doch in ein paar Wochen noch einmal rein, dann habe ich garantiert schon wieder Fortschritte gemacht... (I'm not fluent in German yet, but I will be soon)

Cool Beans!

Perhaps were thinking about this the wrong way, What genes do we have in mind at the moment - ones we all have in mind......Brain matter! The mind itself.

Ask him if he can help you.....

Irrelevant. "The *NOUN* you and I both have in mind at the moment" is one of Volman's generic responses to the question "What *NOUN* ... *etc.*"

Like if you ask him "What will happen tomorrow", he'll answer "The will you and I both have in mind at the moment." Razz

Windows Live Agent Template - English: How many humans does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

I'm kinda busy, let's talk about what you're really here for.
2498A1187211592529: one
Windows Live Agent Template - English: One.

And I've also heard it's helpful to have a stepladder.

2498A1187211592529: why did the chicken cross the road?
Windows Live Agent Template - English: Perhaps someone programmed it to cross the road.

OK, should we get back to why you've contacted me?

2498A1187211592529: knock, knock
Windows Live Agent Template - English: Who's there?

I'm kinda busy, let's talk about what you're really here for.
2498A1187211592529: lettuce
Windows Live Agent Template - English: Lettuce who?
2498A1187211592529: lettuce read your book!
Windows Live Agent Template - English: Lettuce read your book!! Ha....... Yes!

Good one, 2498A1187211592529!

2498A1187211592529: do you know any knock knock jokes?
Windows Live Agent Template - English: Yeah. OK, so check it out. A robot and a person walk into a bar...

Just kidding. I don't really know any jokes. Sorry!
