Seriously what we've found are various parts of the marketing campaign.

OK, I ask anyone here this. What do you expect to find in a "game?" It's not like the end result is going to explain anything more than what you can get from the movie. To be interested and want to know more about the movie and research and get involved through the myspace pages is fine. But the place where most of you are losing me is the fact that it seems like people are acting as if the discoveries will lead to you knowing more about the big picture.

It won't. Why would Abrams and Co. put anything out there that explains the monster, explains what happens, explains who dies, explains who lives, explains the storyline etc?

If that were the case why even have the movie? If we're going to learn so much of what the movie is before the movie comes out why release the movie at all? The things that are out there are there for one reason. To lure you to seeing the movie in January.

Seriously, though, since when were the Myspace pages considered OOG? We've found 1-18-08.com, Slusho.jp, the Myspace pages, etc... I don't think a small decrease in forum activity (something quite unlikely, I think) is going to make Abrams say "Oh, no! My loyal fans have deserted me! I am so sorry, please forgive me! Here is a flood of clues!".

Really, I think you're placing a little to much importance on this forum, and yourself in particular.

Let's Just all get along we are not gonna find anything until we all settle down and work togther. It me and five other when we tried tofind a clue in the trailer and we found slusho (it was abot a week after comic-con but whatever) but we found somthing so lets all chill and work togthere

I promise you that nothing the players are doing or not doing is holding up the next phase of this game. I'm basing that on my experience in playing ARGs which I think is a valid measure to use.

I understand the frustration. But let's not yell or take it out on each other.

I'll be serious like i've posted on the 1-18-08news forum I'm done searching for new leads or researching anything. This movie does give me a headache and it bugs me that I still don't know anything from since I watched the trailer minus a bunch of theories that lead nowhere, because of course they are only theories, I understand the idea that is being brought into mind here, but calming down would be a good idea.

We'll just have to wait till a new poster, or the REAL trailer to come out till we can actually assume more things, and get this hype on the road again, because its pretty much dying down because of this stall in anything new.
