[META] Okay who else is bored with this?

When was the last pic update on 1-18-08.com...? 7/27 I think, so 3 weeks ago. The rumored trailer in front of Stardust was not true and no new websites have been found.

As far as 1-18-08.com pictures go...I don't know how many more can be "placed". It's already hard to move the 5 around and if more are added, it going to become difficult to maneuver them around and see them all clearly. My guess would be one picture a month will be put on the site until about a month before release then maybe one a week.

I don't think any clues to the movie are deeply hidden or require complex mathematical formulas to solve, but my guess is that each trailer will reveal more websites and clues (or whatever you want to call them). At this point, I really think that is the key...wait for each teaser/trailer to be released. Hopefully one will soon, I really want to see more.

Only other way would be if JJ does an interview or something and he drops a few hints... Shocked

I know I've been lurking here just reading what you've all come up with so far and have been kind of disappointed that there haven't been any updates.

Maybe thought they'll figure out that they need to give us all a small little shred of a clue to keep us interested? I guess we never know when they might drop something in the Myspace blogs or something. I just have a feeling we're gonna get something juicy soon.

Sorry I'm an optimist...LOL

yes I vote with the bored crowd.

I think we've covered everything. Perhaps this JJ Abrams thinks that having a few my space pages for the characters in his film is an ARG.

Perhaps they were unprepared for this level of reaction.

Perhaps a lot of things, I guess time will tell.

I would also like to caste a vote for all of us continuing to treat the other players of this game with respect for their opinions. This is a great and enthusiastic group of people with a lot of ideas and willingness to search every inch of the trailer. I think we've done very well, probably better than anyone expected. So let's deal with the challenge of being bored to tears by the lack of updates in creative ways.

My cult needs a name and an image of the weaponized-ink squid monster..maybe he is a pastry chef in disguise. Suggestions welcome.

By the way, as players did we ever come up with a group name?

Also, is the wiki updated?

to be quite honest, I'm dissapointed the man hasn't given us more by now than he already has! If this is an ARG then what does he expect us to do for the next 5 months before publicity really gets going??.......play with pics all day?? I'm thinking rose is right! I don't think they were prepared for this big of a response! I think they've sent some "reps" out to other forums and post stuff that is supposed to help encourage us to continue until they can get some more "fuel" out in public eye.

I think there is a whole bunch of stuff on the web we have yet to find, a BUNCH. I myself have about 5-10 new points and clues I have yet to see online that i will be posting very soon(once i gather all the info). I think there must be a few other myspace profile we haven't found, and definetly more websites. JJ seems to plan these things out really well and way in advance so I doubt he would go to the trouble of being so secretive if there weren't more secrets to find.

I think its funny. Theres at least 100 Fat guys in there moms basement right now disecting the video, removing/adding colors. Zooming into each photo times 1000. Also, I think we can expect a photo buy sunday night. I wouldnt be suprised if someone found somthing on the myspace by then too.
