I think that looking at the time from the pics at the party, and the time on the news report (12:32) Do you really have time to take the picture at 12:01 and 12:04 and then print it and write on the back?

Sure.
There are these lovely little photo printers that are very portable and popular with the young and hip and tech savvy. I can see the fun of taking a pic at a party, then printing a copy - with the chance to have a friend inscribe it.
It's actually something some wedding photographers have begun doing, rather than making people wait for a week or more to get some pics. It's also better for the 'incidental' pics that otherwise rarely get bought in the package.
It'd also be a lot more fond of a memory than getting smash drunk with a huge pile of people - photographs don't usually give you a hangover.

 		i'd be willing to bet that anagrams have absolutely no meaning with regards to this movie or any clues related to it and are just a waste of everyones time to post and/or discuss
