doesn't seem to match with "their own monster" but could be a teaser for something else.

Whatever they're for they look great!

If they are viral for something though, the wierd thing would be that they are all different types of UFO's.

I liked the first one, it had somewhat of a organic look to it.

Just more UFO hoaxes, nothing leads me to believe that these are in any way linked to the movie. And yes, they are hoaxes. If you saw a UFO that scary looking, would you just stare at it and say "huh", no, you would probably be like "oh my f**king god!!!!" or something like that. But like i said, i don't see how this is related to 1-18-08, as UFO videos come out ALL the time on youtube.

I think the first and third were the best.
Maybe they are part of some viral marketing for some product, or maybe people are just more bored in the summer and have more time to make fake UFO "sightings".

Amusingly enough, there's probably three ARGs that think these videos might be related to them.

Anteros - just curious - what's your take on the videos from Mexico? If you answer, so as not to jack this thread, pm me...but out of all the videos I've seen, those were the ones that made me step back and go hmmmmmm......and then want to go to Mexico and see for myself.

As for these videos on YT, I'm actually glad we're more technologically advanced because the crap they've hoaxed over the years was so gaudy and pitiful and obviously fake. In these links, for at least a few moments I was going *woah....* I couldn't get the 2nd one, said it was private btw if you can fix that.

Also, consider that in S7's files, there are "sightings" videos that look pretty authentic but obviously are not. But these are the same people who can make a car shapeshift into a giant robot and make that look insanely real. The part that's not working for me is how, exactly, were these supposed to be related to this movie?

And I say hell yeah. I WANT my WTF! back.

Lol, cmon people. These videos don't even deserve a consideration of authenticity. Of course these are fake! You gotta be freakin' nuts to even think these are real.

But the first one was awesomely rendered. But I didn't get to see the 2nd one because it's private now.
