Hmm, and the thing that I find even weird, is the fact that he mentions searching for citizens with "Clairvoyant" traits. Well, this surely is delicious indeed.

Heh, thanks. I have the occasional moment.

Forgot to encode my next message, though Embarassed so it evened out pretty well.

Oh, and to those who use Firefox, another way to encode messages into HEX (among other ciphers) is to install leetkey from the mozilla webpage.
It lets you type in leet, hex, morse, binary, etc. based on what you want.
It's really cool, I think.
