I heard that, too. Also, the beginning is an obvious inhale, and the roar overall sounds to me like multiple voices at once (which I should've realized and was probably mentioned earlier). Could give some weight to the hydra type theory that's been kicked around, but I'm thinking multiple heads since the voices sound like big slow humans.

Me and some of the IMDB boys think this is the 2nd explosion during the trailer (hence the metallic SOL flying noise), but there definitely is something embedded...You guys do great work over here...

That's what i was thinking to and it does sound like more then more thing making that noise

But really letsd take a step back for a minute or 10. What does all this mean. Lets digest this. What does this mean to everybody. I have a great feeling that we are being set up for great things. New trailer anybody? And oh yeah you can analeyze the roar all you want theres nothing there

 		i looked at the spectro thing of it i did again and you can see the two levels of sound throughout the whole roar

yeah we know there's nothing there it just gives me something to do for 15 minutes.

i think the roar goes with the first picture we got and the girls are looking at the sound source. maybe we'll get a new sound for each pic? and then a few seconds of vid for the sound and pic?

woah got ahead of myself there, just an idea.

 		Yeah, I took a moment off, some quality time with my guitar, and really thought about this.

It's definitely less about what is in the roar itself and more about what the roar signifies.

Any ideas?

LOL,I am rethinking my hight idea i think it's way taller then the SoL from the roar bassicaly it sound's like it's way bigger then from the roar in the trailer. and in this one it sounds more like 2 Biological creacher's

 		Hey guys first time poster but long-time follower of 1-18-08 mostly over at CloverfieldClues.com

I've made a hard flash file copy of the sound and I've uploaded it to my photobucket at

http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y162/Picsell/roar.swf

for those having trouble getting it. Also there is NO second noise I checked the swf. The above flash is not the same flash file as on the website i took the sound from that flash file and put it on my own file so the sound goes off straight away.

 		the second noise is such a low frequency you cant hear it, thats why i could only hear it when it was up 2 octaves.

 		Theres not a second sound file. Maybe the ending or an added bit at the end of the first sound file. But no seperate sound file
