Some of them even had the letters a b c d in front of them.

I think there is a marker marking a couple of them with letters. I would do the rearranging but just typing this is hard. Thinking is not good now.

ok first things first the somers fragment and the second fragment from strange days are basically the same which cancels that out. The Mortems group only has one fragment as far as I can tell so we're missing two fragments.
