Since we've asked Ty, I suppose we now need to figure out what *//:{} means!

good point. although it worked, I dont see how the codes we were deciphering spell what we used to log it to recieve the pdf.

I mean, by the three titles I found it should say:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
in the end ...
with more spaces down the line

that leaves two possibilities:

1) Ty is throwing us a bone, because he is tired of all of us e-mailing him, so he gave us a piece to a puzzle we dont know we need yet.

2) total derailing dead end ... so that the PM's can buy some time to set other stuff up and not have us abandon the search waiting for the book to come out.

I think the image on the new page that Ty-bot gives you is going to spell something. It's in a bunch of separate files with numbers and letters for file names. It's going to take a while. Smile

Edit/I'm not sure the link needs to be spoilered, but I'll play it safe.

Something else I've thought about...

The song Red House appeared on the UK and US releases of Are You Experienced and the revision, Electric Church Red House, appeared on the album Blues, and later re-released on The Jimi Hendrix Experience.

So, the "Electric Church" is "in the Experience". Shocked

Coincidences?[/i]

I am happy to have these two new docs, but I haven't a clue what to do with them. Other than the
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Paris question
, I haven't figured out much else.

Codex Notables:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
pages are missing
some pages have an all caps first word: VERY AND TERRIBLE ALWAYS REMEMBER
random calculation
fingerprints
drawing of a person with a balloon (?)
a mask
stuff on a page, may be blood?
burned page

Feel free to add yours!

I am not sure I follow, but numbers 1-9 and letters a-i are what form Hex.

My skepticsm is only intensified by the fact that the title atop the page eternalsalvation2 after the password has been implemented reads 'Very Close'.

I think it just means that you haven't seen everything there is to see, you need to click the head to see the codex. Smile

All I meant by my other statement is that I though the file names on the "love is squalor and dust page" were going to spell something like puzzle pieces, but they are simply labeled sequentially. I think there is something to find from the images....but not in the file names.

This is purely speculation, but I've noticed that the images are hrf'd from love/is/squalor/and/image.jpg

the word dust isn't included

perhaps we are to discover the missing word?

I asked my friend what his first impression of *//:{} was, without revealing anything else so it was a pure opinion, and he said it looked like Santa Clause.

I see what he means.

Could this go back to that whole Christmas thing?
