Edit/The author of the pdf is lencicka, it doesn't sound like a real name but I can't find any anagrams with it either.

She was also the name on the press release, and there also was a company name. If you go back near the beginning of this thread, it looks like she's an employee of a PR company. So I suspect just sloppyness on the PM's part.

Good catch wargasm. It's an animated gif. The second frame apparently has a transparent layer and some writing on it. I had to open friend.gif up in GraphicConverter (though I assume other programs would work), and fiddle with the default transparency setting to see the writing.

and we come up with

This looks frightening...

I had a look at the page source code, and it looks like one of these images is a link:

http://the-electric-church.com/a/spoon/full/of/sugar/

But we need another password and username. Probably hidden in this mosaic somewhere.

Awesome! I scrolled through the code and missed that completely. If you copy over the directories (I used wget) and edit the source and then start removing images randomly you see something emerge from underneath, but I haven't quite figured out how to sensibly remove images to reveal what's underneath.

These images look important:

http://the-electric-church.com/brother/monk2_14.gif
http://the-electric-church.com/brother/monk2_70.gif
http://the-electric-church.com/brother/monk2_304.gif
http://the-electric-church.com/brother/monk2_534.gif

Also, there's a 'z' instead of monk1_333.gif; Probably significant.

Edit: Whoops, these links are restricted. You'll have to look at them with page info from the browser.

First hi to all Smile

The links you provided are not correct Twiller:
http://www.the-electric-church.com/brother/monk2/images/monk2_14.gif

and yes, they look important Smile

edit: these are the links i get after I right click on the images, they work for me. Maybe you will still be asked for username and password and need to provid the correct ones?

A cup full of sugar - its a song name - maybe a clue? Or maybe nothing Smile

That link doesn't seem to work either. Tried overlapping them in various ways, but nothing has arisen yet.

Edit: I do get a request for a username and password, which ones do I use?

The images look like a scheme.

I get those same ones as important and haven't been able to find any others (besides the z and the link).
A wild guess:
They look vaguely like circuity symbols, maybe we're supposed to assemble some sort of gate or circuit. Maybe to less us what order to put the letters is.

The images are small, but do you see A A N D on the symbols ?
I can't tell for sure what the letters are.

A spoon full of sugar is from Mary Poppins right?
Makes the medicine go down easier.

i'd be willing to be that the letters on the images are acctually NAND. that is at least assuming that the circuit schematic theory is correct. but they symbols arent exactly right for that...

I agree it could be NAND, but they don't quite look right.
