that sounds like the best idea.. i'd really like to chat with you guys about the whole experience. let's plan a chat in the Sammeeeees irc chat room. any particular day or eve work best for you guys? let me know.
(Did anyone else notice that Jan writes like Betty; in mostly lowercase. heh)
A good time for me (it feels a little selfish to do this, but since you asked, here goes), I'm usually home by 6 PM EST on work days. I'm available all day Tuesday, 9-4, because I'll be working on the following Saturday (there's no online fun at work).
I'm hoping that the IRC chat can be scheduled prior to the airing of the ARGnet cast interview, just to give Sammeeeees the warm fuzzys.
Thank you so much, Jan, for agreeing to do both. {{hugs}}

I am in Australia so the time differences make it hard to be there at the same time. However I really want to be a part of the chat. The best time for me is over the weekend (New York is 13.5 hours behind me) so a Friday night or Sat morn (US time) then I can either stay up late or get up early to join in.
In saying all this I understand if this isn't possible and all I would want is a transcript of the chat so I can check it out
Of course I can always join any time and call in sick the next day but I dont think the boss would accept "but I was having a debrief after saving the world" as a valid excuse

Of course there will be a chat transcript (see the original Sammeeeees Archive).
I think the Netcast will focus very much on technical PMing aspects more than specific game storyline/puzzle stuff.

*bump*
Okay folks - WEDNESDAY, Sept 5th.
I'm around after 6p PST (9p Eastern - not sure about Germany or Australia) - pipe up on your own request PLEASE - I know that our illustrious PM wants to be available for as many as possible.
And I hope you like the Netcast - the juicy IG specific questions were saved for the IRC chat. But I'm sure our PM will share some of the other great stuff in IRC with the group.

I'm OK for Kona's proposed time (it'll be 8 p.m. CDT for me). I'll be at Mozart's Coffee in Austin that evening - are there any Austin Sammeeeees?

I was in Kansas City all weekend and was sweating whether or not this was going to happen while I was away. SO GLAD to see that I'll be around!!!
(doing a little happy dance in my chair!)
I don't think I really have any questions, I'm just going to sit in the chat room and be in awe. That's all.

6p PST = 3 am in Germany
I'm afraid, I won't be able to join this chat. I cannot stay up until 6p PST during a normal week, only at weekends, though I know I can't wait to read the chat log in the morning.

Let's see - 5-6am PST? That would be 8-9am Eastern, middle of the day/afternoon in Germany, I have no idea in Australia. But might mess up some folks in the US who have jobs with no chat access. Last year we kept her in the room for almost 2 hours.
Which is why we ask you post your questions in here (just in case you cannot make it to the IRC).
Ultimately, it's up to our PM to make the decision. I'm sure some of you would love to have her in there all day long

how about 10 pm eastern? it seems like evening might be best for most people because of work and school.

Where's the Nun? I just thought of one more question; What happened to the S and D Nun, where did she go?

You don't know how many times I bit my tongue to NOT ask this during the Netcast.
And if we'll ever see the video that was made during the cross country trip to release the Trinity.
