 		Africa? ...or Mars?
So we all recognize this picture:



But, I could swear I just saw that picture in 'The Universe: Mars - The Red Planet'. A half hour ago.

The following screen cap was taken from this video. If you want, check it yourself. It's at 8:57, give or take a second.

 		the brutes ships were over mars in halo uprising.
the is a spartan training ground on mars.

and thats all i can thing of.

I don't mean to be a pesky Pete, but I seriously doubt it has any real connection. It was just a coincidence. I mean, why would Bungie hide anything if there isn't a direct clue leading towards it, or if it won't be viewed very openly.

And Mars doesn't play much of a part at all in the Halo story except for the fact that it is in the vicinity of Earth.

But you've got a good eye anyway!

i wouldn't be surprised if it was in the plot.

 		This almost fully convinces me that Mars is somehow involved in the plot, even though it might not be a huge element in the story.
