So do y'all think both of these apply to the letters under the Stegosarus pic? mder ucit set kooc

named by professor at ? yale
has anything to do with

one word follows "dopp" ? kit

Or does only one apply here.

If only kit applies it could be an anagraam

If only yale applies than it cant be an anagram

If both apply it cant be an anagram

Didnt the TDC say it was a name of a place?

in the UK yale is a company that make front door locks for houses. there is such thing as "yale kit 5" but i doubt that has anything to do with this. if tdc is in france (20 miles away) they might have yale locks there too.

heheh i saw the yale kit 5 thing too .......

Maybe we should ask Mr. Taylor to look and see if Eric left his dopp kit and what the contents are.

Also it looks like we can see TDC's kit while he is shaving.

BTW it seemed odd to me that his belly button seems to sing during that scene. I wonder if its some kind of flash/morse code or just an edit trick to hide his unit. The whole bottom half of the shot is done with large pixels.

I talked with Jabroni she thought that Yale might be something different.

So maybe we should look for an anagram with the letters that have kit as one of the words?

mder ucts kit eooc

TDC confirmed the tags anagram to: "Named by professor at"

TDC also told Scott he was right (not in so many words) that Dopp Kit was correct.

So we know that Kit is one of the words for the anagram below the picture. Yale cant be a part of the anagram because those letters arent all there.

Yale seems to be a correct answer for the other one, but I can't figure out what to do with it. I think its right because of the word "at". If its a city, or state then at wouldn't make sense.

I'm guessing the first anagram will be a similar crossword style clue. Then we will get ____ yale, or yale ____.

New clue:

I said the anagram solves to a place. In a sense that's correct, but it's a place you can never stand in.

I'm not sure if he is talking about the anagram "MDER UCTS KIT EOOC" alone, or combined with "Named by professor at".

But assuming it is only the first one, maybe he is talking about under the ground? The word "core" is a possible anagram, and it ties in with the dinosaur theme. I'm still confused how "kit" works in though.

KIT TO COMES CRUDE (as in crude oil)
TOM'S CUED CORE KIT

Nothing makes sense, eh... Confused

"MDER UCTS KIT EOOC" contains "DOT COM." A website is a place one can never stand in. The remaining letters are ERUSKITEC. Let's get cracking.

Ah mysterious guest you are a genius. I'm sure you are in no way affiliated with the game...

Anyhow,

securekit.com

The large size dinosaur pic has something hidden in it, but yale doesnt work... Hmmm I will continue to try.

Funny, but I'm really not. I'm just a usually inactive player without an account (not that you have any reason to believe me). But I don't think it's the dino pic that has the message. I tried making a coded message and then decoding it, and if I didn't have the password it said my password's incorrect. With the dino pic (and the Ace of Spades, which I also tried), it says the file hides no data. I'm going to keep trying the others.

Try downloading this link:

When I try any other picture it says no hidden files, but that one doesnt, so I think it's stegged.

ps - Then you are truly a genius!! Nice job. Very Happy

Ahh, you're right. I'd downloaded the medium one by mistake. You may have to withdraw that "genius" now. Dunce

well as for the securekit.com unhide program.. i believe we are all stuck on the password for unhiding the stegasaurus pic at the moment? Well just for reference, i tried all forms of the ROT for "dopp kit", just for the hell of it.

all 25 ROT's (w/ the space between dopp and kit)

and all 25 ROT's (without the space between dopp and kit)

and stiiill nada

has tom given any hints as to what this password may be? so much info has been thrown around lately its hard to decipher one hint for one code from another hint for another code.. i just want to know if there were any codes for this specific password.. im waiting for a reply from TDC at the moment.. we've been sending mails back and forth but I havent posted them because he really hasnt said anything remotely important, or even new for that matter... eh oh well, heres a couple mails sent to me, just for kicks:

I see you have been quite a busy boy lately Mr. Cesear.. for now I plan to catch up on your recent activities.. feel free to contact me if you need me for any reason. I wont be going anywhere anytime soon..

The CodeMaster has been asking about you again. As I have read, you seem to suspect some of us of revealing your presence to him. Im wondering if there is any way I can help in this matter, a message to be relayed to him perhaps? Or a little false info to throw him off your trail?

I ask this because I see that you would like to remain neutral in all of this. I respect that and admire you for your attempts to bring whatever information you possess, into the light.

I may not be the greatest code breaker, but nevertheless I would like to think of myself as trustworthy. I would like the opportunity to prove it to you as well. Like I said Mr. Cesear.. I will be right here waiting...

till then -

I could be wrong but I have been assuming that the password for this picture is the solution to the tags anagram (Named by professor at).

I've tried Yale, Yale University, and all combinations of that with/without caps, with/without spaces.

Then I starting thinking, maybe the clue is:

Named by professor _____ at _____

Or

_____ Named by Professor ____ at ______

So I have tried a ton of different combinations of stegosaurus othniel charles marsh yale university, with/without caps and spaces.

I've tried it leaving out stegosaurus, leaving out university, charles, othniel, etc etc.

From Tom:

You're so close Nicole, but you need to enter the complete answer for it to work.

Let me say that I have learned enough about the stegosaurs and Othniel Marsh
to last me a lifetime. Can I ask if it is case-sensitive?

And, is it Yale? I have tried that many different ways but it won't work.
Grr I just want to figure it out already!!!
