Have these been solved yet? I was trying to go back and see what we still needed to solve. From the flickr page.

EDIT: I Rot'd "The Sun Did Not Shine" and tried it as a Vigenere for those codes. No dice.

EDIT 2: A) I just realized that the 8 of spades label and the Hand picture tags are exactly the same. Did he bring them up a second time because we never solved them the first time? B) He said it needed a different key to be solved previously. By different he was saying it was not the King of Diamonds "Master Key" that got us Jab through the first portion of his puzzles.

You know what, Deadfish? I think youre right. As far as the hand pic goes, from the Ace of Spades site on Flikr.. there is a tag that I havent found any mention to on these threads. Here goes.. I tried to do my homework on these so I would be as accurate as possible, but if I made any mistakes, please post them asap. Thanks.

A Bit of Info: Nicole figured out that when you ROT the title "This is only the beginning" and apply the ROT 8 to Flikr, then it led us to the final Card, the Ace of Spades, as well as the stegged Stegasaurus Pic.

heh, thanks! I finally feel like im makin a contribution here.. it only took me like 5 months lol anyways.. the things we need to focus on right now are:

Puzzle 1:

- Was found hidden in the picture of the Stegasaurus.

- The title of the hidden notepad file: "plants and grass"

- "The Sun Did Not Shine" - The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss (solved by Deadfish I believe?)

- TDC Told Deadfish this sentence will "Lead us to the next step".

Puzzle 2:

The May 11, 2007 Convo between two unknown individuals regarding the leaking of information to "them" (us).

The Convo in its entirety (again, for reference). I removed the spaces in between lines to make it easier to read, and not so long. I also added #1 and #2 so we can refer to each speaker easier from here on. Here goes..

- Found hidden within the King of Diamonds Pic

- Notepad File Name: "Insight"

- P.T. = Phase Two (Spec)

- May 11th coincides with the time that a message regarding Phase Two was released by the CM: "We're going to be growing, Phase Two is coming".(Found by Nicole)

- The Letters "H", "E", and "M" are capitalized out of place. (Spec: I personally believe this is vital for discovering the next step. I had found HEM.com which is a video sharing site which appears to have reference to Revver, which is another site the CM posted all of his vids.)

Anything I missed guys?

EDIT: Cmon guys! We need some feedback here... we cant do this all alone ya know! What ever happened to the tons of people that used to throw in their two cents no matter sun nor rain nor sleet or hail?

EDIT2: What are the chances of the fisherman reference be a hint that the site where looking for could involve ".NET"? Fishermen use nets.. just a spec..

He put quotations around "Next Step" so I think those words may be important, literally... this is pretty vague..

"When the sun doesnt shine, plants and grass die and there is no light in-sight".. heh just messin around with the clues..

EDIT: Ok, Heres some possible meanings for "The Sun Did Not Shine":

1.) Its Nightime. Night was mentioned in the "insight" file, multiple times. "Calm, as usual. A clear, beautiful night", it also ended with the word "Night" which is starting to bug me the more I read it... I mean "Night" isnt an unusual response to someone when they say goodnight, but seeing as though Night is when the sun does not shine... its buggin me somethin fierce.. what can we do with the word "Night"? I can see if we still had a pic to de-steg, it could be used as a password, but we dont, so im stuck.

2.) Stormy Weather. One of the pics on the Eight of Spades Flikr page displays a moon shining over what appears to be a stormy sea.

3.) An Eclipse. Still dont know what I can do with this...

4.) The end of the world. The same way the dinosaurs supposedly died. The sun stops shining, the plants and grass die. Nothing grows, so there is nothing to eat. I dont know..

My guess is #1 is the spec im sticking with. Im gonna see what I can do with the final word of the insight file.. night..

There should be some kind of pattern here. I'd say brute rot the sentence and search flicker yt & bloger for it. Jab was the one finding the earlier webpages hopefully she can shed light on it.

I tried all of the rots for "the sun did not shine" and it didn't appear on flickr or blogger.
