[SPEC] J.J.'s T-Shirt Polar Panda sells the t-shirt that J.J. was wearing in the bonus features of Lost, season one. The text reads "Giant Robot," but the description says it's related to Transformers. They've been selling it since 2005.
I'm not sure if it is related to Giant Robot magazine ; they sell some shirts that depict creatures of mass destruction as well.

Finally!... Good find, I've been looking for this since I first noticed Abrams shirt a few weeks ago. Giant Robot doesn't have this shirt on it's site.

I think it might be an old shirt Giant Robot used to sell, and for whatever reason this company still sells it.

I think as far as story clues go this is a total red herring.
Interestingly though, I think the shirt vendor you found may be producing and selling this shirt completely illegally.
Notice the color scheme is not the same as that on the shirt JJ is wearing. That color scheme is not offered on the site. I also notice the shirt is being sold by a company in Finland, with a website that almost looks like a characteristic Chinese or other asian site. Scandinavian countries have a bit different legal system and understanding when it comes to copyright. There's a good chance someone at that company saw an opportunity to produce a shirt like the one seen on JJ, and attached the Transformers name to the page to attract people who saw the trailer. The color change may be an attempt to allow for an 'adaption' escape in a more liberal sense of copyright, and i'd suspect the shirts themselves are made in China. We all know how good they are a counterfeiting things. This is basically speculation, but it's been seen before.
People with absolutely no rights to The Matrix made a lot of money selling Nokia phone covers with the autoslide function, using the name Matrix.

Are the silouettes of Transformers, can anyone name which one matches up with which one on the shirt?

Well I'm going to look into the logo of the transformers stuff and see what it means. I'll see if I find anything.
You know what this means by the way? We gotta download illegal versions of Transformers and rewatch it for hints :p
Jk, but actually, someone try it :p

Oh and by the way, someone bring up the transformers movie with Hud (I think he's the comic freak).
Might shed some light.

Sorry about all the posting, but look at this.
Seems giant robot is actually a series istelf.
This is interesting.

And then take a look at the mikan flavor on the slusho site.
Wow
Take a look at the guy in the front, then look at the blueberry zoom flavor.
Take a look at the guy in the back. Not quite sure who he is, but he also resembles Mikan.
Just some interesting pictures

You know what I just realized?
What if we had to combine the flavors to make transformers. None of the transformers are one color, so maybe we should see what we can get? It might help in a clue later on.
There of course would be no hidden code in the swf because you don't need one to see the outcome.

JJ's shirt has got to be an inspiration for the Flavour-bots on the Slusho! site.

If you go here: http://ethanhaas.org/cloverfield3/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=922&hilit=transformers
You can see that somebody posted a comic book ad for the Transformers with the same robots on it.
