I think people saying that the call sheet is real because paramount sent a C&D holds about as much water as corrolating ethanhaaswasright with cloverfield simply because paramount was having the videos/accounts closed. The uses of "cloverfield" and the paramount logo are cause enough to have both closed, even if they are not pertainable to the actual movie in the least.
